My best friend

We've been this close for what feels like a lifetime,

I know all your ways and I think you know mine.

You're my shoulder to cry on when I am sad,

You sometimes annoy me and I'll drive you mad.

But you know me best of them all,

You'll always support me and help me stand tall.

I hope these good times never come to an end,

I pray that forever you'll be my best friend!
