Chapter 14:
Peyton's P.O.V:
"Peyton Cavanaugh." The principal called my name to receive my diploma. I walked crossed the stage and shook the principals hand and grabbed my diploma.

"Now if you will join me in moving your tassel from right to left." With that all of us flipped our tassels over. I've officially graduated high school. "Thank you all for coming out here and supporting our fellow graduates." Our principal cued the end of the ceremony.
All of us graduates fled our chairs and went to find our parents and family members.
"Mom! Dad!" I called out as I ran to them, ending up giving my dad a hug. Then I huged my mom. Didn't want her to think that I liked dad more than me.
"I'm so proud of you Peyton. It seems like just yesterday you were just a baby."
"Come on Peyton. We're meeting your grandparents at the grill for dinner."
