Messy situation

Y/n POV
"Wanda, just calm down. Let me help you." I cry out to my girlfriend who was currently floating in the sky above hundreds of pedestrians.
The situation was messy. SHIELD wasn't happy with the current dilemma and wanted me to take out their problem but their problem just so happened to also be my girlfriend. Like I said before, the situation was messy.
If something was to happen and people got hurt that would be on me. But nothing could be worse than losing her.
The crimson orbs coming from Wanda's hands were growing as she was losing control over her powers.
"Wanda!" I attempted to call out to her again, "take a deep breathe. You can control it!" I tried to comfort her.
Her eyes scanned the crowd of people, looking for where the sound of my voice was coming from. The orbs shrunk a little when her gaze finally landed on my face. Her eyes closed as she concentrated on the power flowing through her body. She slowly lowered herself down to the ground as her control over her immense power grew.
I ran through the watching crowd to her. I wrapped my arms protectively around her as she sobbed into the crook of my neck.
A SHIELD van pulled up next to us. A couple of men in SHIELD's black protective gear ushered us into the black bulletproof van.
"I'm so sorry."
"Shhhhhh, this isn't your fault."
"But it is! I'm dangerous, you should have taken me out when you were given the order." I gazed into her eyes shocked that she knew about the orders I was given. "Oh for god's sake y/n! I'm telepathic!" she exclaimed
"I love you too much to ever do that."
She sighed. She let her head rest on my shoulder. her Auburn hair fell across her face as she fiddled with the edge of my black leather jacket. I planted a kiss on her forehead.
