Jin's POV:

I sighed while taking on my clothes, the PJs and slippers being left behind as I walked to the door. Leaving my comfort zone only to satisfy the fantasies of my roommate. Ah well, what could possibly go wrong, right? I dragged myself to Alena's room and leaned my ear against the door. It was quiet, well probably she was asleep. I knocked and called out her name, waiting a little bit before I heard a voice from inside. What surprised me was that it was not the voice I expected and as the door opened and revealed the owner of the voice, my expectations got confirmed.

"Oh, Jin! What are you doing here? Finally thinking of visiting?" Alena's roommate was as friendly as the rumors said about her, yet it was not the time to be polite and linger around.

"I am looking for Alena. Have you seen her?" The girl shook her head as soon as she heard the name, shrugged and smiled, guilt clearly noticeable on her face that she couldn't help.

"Try in her mother's office, maybe she went there for another talk. You know how daughters can be."

I felt a bit of hope at the idea and nodded before waving her goodbye, getting the same in return. I fastened my pace towards the main hall and immediately locked my eyes on the office. My feet took me there in a matter of seconds and I tried to hide the desperation burning inside my body while knocking on the door.

"Ms. Min-Eunsoo? Its Seokjin, can you please open the door?" I urged and couldn't stop my feet from shifting nervously. The seconds it took until she came by the door and let me step inside felt like ages, pressuring against my chest.

"What happened? You seem so distressed. Should I let you lay down and have some tea? I can help you with whatever is bothering you..."

"N-no, thank you, ma'am. I am here to ask for Alena. I tried to find her in her room, but I didn't find her there. Her roommate told me she might be in your office. Jungkook went missing and Alena was present at the last event, being also the last time, we saw Jungkook. Me and Taehyung thought he went somewhere to settled down a bit but there seemed something strange of hearing nothing from him."

"Jungkook? You mean the new student? Oh my- he was such a lost one the first time I saw and talked to him. Alena is not here either... Last time I talked to her, she said she had a project to do and will spend more time working and being in her room."

"Something is not right..."

"I feel that too... Where is Taehyung?"

"He said he will go and talk to Namjoon, thinking he can also be responsible for Jungkook's case."

"There's no time to waste. Let's head there right away."

We both made our way out of the office and rushed to Namjoon's infirmary. It was dead silent. I knocked first, and even with the tension and nervousness, Min-Eunsoo stood by my side. A strong will and a determined soul, which was expected from a top professional psychologist, yet the connection and relationship I had with her was never strong enough to see her character outside the office. She was not only a psychologist but a loving soul, for her daughter but also for the students. She seemed to have a special connection with Jungkook which made me a little confused, but it was not a bad Deja-vu.

"There's nobody inside..." She said and pushed the handle slowly. It was open. We both stepped in extra cautiously, walking and roaming our eyes across the room. The first one was clean, but the door leading the second was also wide open. It caught our attention and we advanced, seeking for an answer. The sight ahead made us both gasp and twist our faces in disgust. The smell was horrible, the blood and scent of... what I could describe as sex could be sensed immediately.

"What happened here..." Min-Eusoo said, wanting to go even further inside past the doorway, only for me to stop her.

"We got our answers. Let's not go in there. The police will investigate, and we shouldn't move anything. Let's continue the search somewhere else."

She nodded and we headed out, wiping out noses and blinking, trying to erase the image from our minds. I closed the door and sighed, looking around trying to figure out a lead to the missing boys' locations. Where could've Namjoon take them? Why would he? The questions were flowing over and over again, but it was interrupted as Eunsoo grabbed my arm and pulled me to the side, whispering after we hid behind one of the corners.

"Listen... It's Alena's voice." She said and pointed towards the side hallways, soon the girl coming in our sights. We made sure that she couldn't see, nor hear us and we analyzed every movement of her.

"She's talking on the phone. What is she saying?"

"Let's be quiet and listen..."

We both perked our ears and listened carefully, taking in account over word that the girl was saying. We knew Alena wasn't the smartest girl in the college, but she was mischeivous enough to follow orders.

"Really? Ah such a stupid plan, huh? What are you going to do with them?"
...
"Mhmm... and the evidence?"
...
"I don't know, Yoongi-ah. Did you and Namjoon get a good spot?"

We looked at each other and nodded before listening once again.

"I will be right there, the forest isn't that far, right?"
...
"Oh-"
...
"It's a quick drive then. I will find you."

"The forest." We both whispered at unison and watched the girl's back as she closed the call and started running down the hallway, heading for the exit.

"Come on, we must hurry." I said and Eunsoo followed me, taking quick turns until reaching the parking lot. I quickly connected the keys while she was taking the passenger's seat, closing both doors before driving out of the parking lot and heading for the mentioned forest. It was the only one in the college's proximity.
