CH-9 THE ONLY FEAR SHE HAS

Everyone is sitting in the Great Hall. Today, Professor Isabelle Black's face has turned pale; it seems like she is unwell. Oliver is sitting beside Lucius Malfoy, who is in his fourth year at Hogwarts this year. Lucius said, "My father told me that Cygnus is a murderer. He killed my grandmother 20 years ago."

Oliver replied, "He is a killer, a worthless killer. I didn't realize what connection he had with the murderer. Yes, he was a close friend of the Lestrange family. Ahh, murd_!"

Lucius interrupted, "No offense." He was about to say, but his mouth was muffled. He continued, "My mom believes Cygnus is a monster."

Nearby, there was a girl named Pandora. She said, " Did you find out? Did you find out? Phoenix has been murdered. Cygnus killed the entire the family, tortured them for two days, and killed them all."

Oliver couldn't control his emotions. Phoenix had died, and upon hearing her crying, he also burst into tears. Bellatrix, while crying, came to Oliver and said, "Come, Phoenix had sent me a letter. I feel like she was forced to write it."

Tears were flowing from Oliver's eyes. He looked around and saw that everything was covered in black cloth.

Gradually, everyone came to know about it. Professor and Principal Victoria had suspended all the school classes for 5 days. The funeral at Hogwarts was scheduled three days later.

But Oliver didn't care about any of that.

His friend was no more.

5th January 1991, Hogwarts

Everything seemed fine now, but ever since Professor Isabelle Black returned from London, she has been unwell. And there is still no sign of Cygnus.

Bellatrix, Xenophilius, and Oliver found themselves sitting together in a room on a Sunday, engaged in conversation. At that moment, Professor Olivia entered the room, followed by some third-year students who also joined them.

"Alright, everyone," Professor Olivia said, "Let's gather around the last table. We will practice the Riddikulus spell here." The three friends followed her instructions without saying a word and moved to the last table, where they stood to observe the class.

Professor Olivia said, "Riddikulus is a spell used against boggarts. The caster must think of something funny while casting this spell. If successful, it forces the boggart to take the shape of whatever the caster was thinking about. Did you all understand?"

All of them replied, "Yes, Professor."

"Alright then, one by one, all of you will come in front of the boggart and use this spell," Professor Olivia said.

A girl named Cassandra Andeno came forward. In front of them was a wardrobe. Professor Olivia pointed her wand at the handle of the wardrobe, and the door opened. A huge snake appeared in front of Cassandra. She raised her wand and said, "Riddikulus," and the boggart transformed into a joker.

The practice continued, and after some time, Principal Victoria entered the room and said, "Not today, Professor," and the boggart changed into a snake in front of her. Then, it transformed into Oliver, but Oliver had no expression on his face, and there was blood in his hand. Principal Victoria said, "Riddikulus," and then the boggart went back inside the wardrobe.

Everyone's faces turned pale. Principal Victoria ran out of the room. Professor Olivia ended the class and asked everyone to go back to their rooms. Oliver couldn't understand anything; everyone kept asking him the same question, but he didn't know the answer either. Five or six days had passed, but Oliver still couldn't figure out the answer to this question.

While eating his meal, Oliver thought, "Principal Victoria must be scared of some very powerful magic at this time. A little boy who is studying in school? What could it be?"

No one here knew the answer, and Principal Victoria had deducted 20 points from the Slytherin House because one boy had asked her this question ten times, and the question was bothering her.
