Yang seul-rin has already been in acting industry for 10 years but no matter how many times she tried to get a role in a dream she was always chosen as an extra for ads or in dramas sometimes even in kpop music videos, always an extra.
She's already 32 and hasn't archived much in her life but she always tries her best, it's not like she's bad looking it's just like she's unlucky her whole life.
Not long ago she auditioned as a female leads role and results finally came
Her menage Hannah who's also her best friend checked it after couple of months and turns out she made it
" seul-rin you made it! You made it! "
Hannah shouted with excitement as she jumped up and down with her phone in her hand
"What?! Seriously?! I got accepted for hyerim's role?!" Seul-rin asked with a huge smile
"Huh? Hyerim? It says suji here" Hannah awkwardly said
"What?..."
Hyerim Is female lead of upcoming drama time while suji is ex of mail lead who commits suicide later in drama after her boyfriend broke up with her
"But I auditioned for hyerim!" Seul-rin said confused
"Yeah I know but.... isn't this role good enough? You can make this your great debut! Suji has big role in this drama too! Thought she doesn't have much of a screentime but... she's an important character! This is your chance seul-rin!" Hannah held her by her shoulders
Seul-rin though for a moment
"Well... it's better than nothing I guess..." She said
Hannah smiled and gave her a thumbs up
"Good! They said we need to go to Busan in three days the script is already sent, they said you'll start shooting streight away "
"In three days? That's sooner than I thought, I need to learn the script "

Seul-rin's pov:*********************
Three days passed like nothing as we arrived to Busan, my first scene was when suji was committing suicide by going in water and drowning herself, it was middle of the winter now.
We got to the beach where the scene was supposed to be recorded as I changed into a dress the artists told me, they did bit if make up on me and we started shooting
"More emotions Yang seul-rin! Who commits suicide with that face?!"
The director shouted when I was already deep in water
"Try again!"
No matter how much I tried it was freezing cold and I couldn't act properly but the director wouldn't let me rest until I did perfect but I was freezing at this point.
That's when he came, lee dong wook actor who plays role of a male lead and one of most popular actor in south Korea
"Director nam don't you think you're being too rough on her? It's middle of winter can't you see she's freezing?" He said looking at the director
"Or you'd prefer to be known as a director who let an actress freeze to death?" He added
Director nam hissed in annoyance
"Fine! 20 minutes break!"
Hannah ran up to me straight away giving me a blanket and a jacket with warm water
"Are you okay? That was rough " she said giving director a glance
"I'm fine don't worry " I said with an awkward smile
"Sorry about him, he's always like that" lee dong wook who came up to us said
"U-uh no it's fine...and thank you " I bowed
He looks even more handsome up close....
"No need to thank me, are you okay?" He asked
"Yeah I'm just fine " I smiled at him
He returned the smile
"Well I'm glad then, go get some rest and warm up in the car then" he said
"Yes, thank you " I said as Hannah guided me to comfy van where I could rest till the break time was over
I drank warm tea and after twenty minutes we got back to shooting place, now I was much more motivated and ready for the shooting
"Start!" Director shouted as I started walking in water going deeper and deeper
My face was empty, no emotions like dead's.
Suicide
It's something I've thought a lot, I've been thru so many hard times... especially my break up...now i wasn't acting, I thought of things that had me at my lowest
Few tears slipped down my eyes as I water already reached my chest
No words, no emotions shown but inside I was burning with sadness and plead for help, someone just someone who would offer me a hand of help because I'd never ask for help myself
"Cut! Cut!" Director shouted
"Seul-rin?..." Hannah said looking at my figure in water that didn't stop nor turn around
"Seul-rin!!" She shouted, others noticed this too
Dong wook was Also there watching this whole time, he noticed that I didn't stop as he quickly took his jacket off and rushed inside the water to get me out, he grabbed my wrist and pulled me out of water to the beach
He Trying to wake me up by pushing on my chest to get the water out of my lungs but it didn't work
That's when he leaned down to give me mouth to mouth resuscitation
"Cough! cough!" I woke up
"Seul-rin you're awake!" Hannah hugged me with tears
"I'm..." I said
"Yes you're alive dong wook saved you!" She said hugging me
"He saved me?..." I asked
"Yes!" Hannah said
"Ah..." I putted my hand up looking at dong wook who was sitting on the ground besides me drenched wet
"You can thank me later" he said as I held my hand
"Salty..." I said
"What?" He asked
"It's so salty..." I said as I narrowed my eyebrows since sea water got in my mouth
"Ah...I see" dong wook said dumbfounded
