I was in algebra class. My friend Wilbur, right next to me. The teacher handed out a worksheet and said "you can work with a partner. Wilbur and I both looked at eachother, made eye contact and then for some reason I got lost in his gorgeous brown eyes.
He then asked "Alex, are you ok?" And I nodded and we worked on the worksheet but i kept on looking at him getting feelings I couldn't explain for the life of me. We finished the worksheet but kept on talking because Wilbur wanted to talk about his new band called Lovejoy. He played a clip from a song called The Fall. I loved it and when class ended I walked him to his next class and rushed to mine. In my next class all I could think about is Wilbur's eyes. I thought to myself
"Am I falling for my best friend?" The rest of my classes were the same until Theater class. Wilbur and I walked together because we had it together. Then Wilbur held my hand. It felt like I was flying. Yep, I was definitely falling for my best friend. as we got to class I was getting more and more ecstatic. When we arrived at class the teacher told us we would do a play in groups of 6 and he assigned me to be Wilbur's love interest.
One of the other kids named Tommy said "Alex it's obvious that you're simping for wil just confess already." I said that I had to perfect myself first and he sighed. We were all handed the script and said that we should practice scene 1. Straight off the bat, Wilbur's character named Reggie calls my character, Ash darling. We practice and when that bit comes around I immediately start blushing and getting flustered. When class ended Wilbur said that I did a good job acting. I wasn't acting, I was just spilling my heart out.
