third person pov:

yesterday..

"i have a silly idea." grace says.

"what's your idea gracie?"

"we recreate the picture i found on pinterest but not actually kiss you know? i'll post it along with my other pictures and it'll make the fans go crazy. it'll be hilarious."

"i mean sure, but what if they think we're actually dating?"

"so what? it's nothing new. plus, it wouldn't be that bad if they thought we were."

"you're right. let's take our picture."

the two silenced as they set up the cameras and took the picture.

grace set the phone up on her shoes.

walker turned to her with a smile as they put they're faces close together to the point where their lips were nearly touching but still keeping a fair space between them.

grace held her phone up to cover the gap between them as they looked away from the camera at each other and took their pictures.

once they had finished, they decided which one they liked the most.

"i think this one. what do you think, walker?"

"that one looks good to me." he smiles at her.

today..

grace's pov:

i woke up with a headache and feeling totally out of it.

i got out of my bed and headed down the stairs to look in the cabinets for some ibuprofen.

i took the pill before headed back upstairs to make my bed, do my skincare, do my hair, and do my makeup before school.

i had showered when i got home from the beach so i was clean.

i picked out an outfit for school from my closet.

i chose a pink slightly cropped short sleeved shirt along with some light wash blue jeans.

i picked out my converse to wear, grabbed my backpack, and left.

i waited at the bus stop as i saw walker approaching the stop.

i had always hated the bus to school, it was annoying with all the kids and everyone being annoying.

thankfully, walker took the bus with me so i wasn't alone.

we were one of the early stops so we had always managed to find a seat.

walker sat next to me and we talked a bit about dreading school, the sunset, and the comments from the instagram post until the bus had arrived.

we got on and sat in a seat together, me at the window.

walker had always offered to sit on the outside as he knew i hated the buses and looking out the window made it a little bit better.

he had always insisted i sat by the window.

walker was great, he was a great friend.

he cared a lot, he was funny and always made me laugh, he was cooperative, he was helpful, he just always made every experience better.

he was perfect.

the bus ride had gone by pretty quickly and it wasn't all that bad.

we made it to school and walker and i stood up and got off the bus, headed for our lockers.
