We are big and brave,
we are not your slaves.
We are black and wide,
we walk with pride.
You think we don't go to school,
but you are the fool.
You think that I can't read,
but you have forgotten I am now free.
Even after all your racist words,
I am still standing without your curse.
You think you can bring me down,
but I am still standing without a frown.
I love my skin colour,
Why shouldn't I
unique like no other.
Do whatever you want to me,
I will still stand I guarantee.
You are just a burden,
and you can't accept that, and that's for certain.I love my black eyes,
the one that glistens in the sky.
I don't care if you don't see it that way,
because i am black beautiful and brave.
