Chapter 1: Choice

Error's POV:
It was just a normal day, i just got home from school. (a all wolf school) Summer break has just begon. I promised I'd meet Skylar today! Blacky will be there too. We decided we'd meet at the park as usually. But we needed to watch out for those stupid humans who keep hunting us. We decided we'd place the meeting somewhere else, probably in the forest somewhere. Since it was alot more crowded today in the city then usual... And tbh, i dont think you'd see a wolf everyday in a city. That'd be pretty weird. Im only in the city sometimes because i can turn human if necessary. Like when i need to go to the stores, Skylar and Blacky dont have that ability tho. I always had to get the groceries for them. Its... Kinda funny xD well, I'd better hurry up now. Im wearing my Black Cat mask as usual. Its just to cute and its comfy to wear. I dont know why i like wearing this mask. Im way to fond over it. Wait. Is that Blacky? Whats he doing here in the city? No wait it isnt him... Its a other wolf who looks like him. He has red eyes... He looks jinda like a dark spirit... Tho im not jumping to conclusions or anything. It could just be another Yokai. Like me... But something about him seems weird so im walking faster.. Slowly trotting and after that running as i realize it going after me as it follows me everywhere.. Weird.. Why would it go after me? I have so many questions right now but I'll leave it. I ran into the forest to meet Skylar but i stumbled across a haunted house! "What the? I dont remember this house being here..." I walk inside the house and decided to explore a bit. it looks like it was burned down. "Ugh. Just great. :/ now im lost. How am i gonna find Skylar now?? I can't just casually cancel the meeting! Hes my friend. I gotta find my way out of here!" as i managed to find my way out, i felt a bit weird. As if i had taken something with me from the house. I toke out my phone. No signal. No 4G anything. I sighed. I was really starting to freak out as i can find Skylar anywhere!! Im getting really tired out of the blue.. "Huh?.. Why am i tired?" i said, then everything blacked out. I fell into total darkness as i see that wolf again! It seemed to be in its true form as the wolf looked very creepy... He stared at me for a while until he walked closer, and closer... I wanted to scream for help but i couldn't do anything. I was paralyzed. I snarled and growled. "What do you want from me, you creep! Just leave me the f*ck alone! You've been following me all along right?!" i didnt know the concequences (idk if i spelled that right) at all. I felt really numb as it walked towards me. It growled and i growled back. I acted tough but inside, i was scared as fck. "wake up." it said. "What?.."  "Wake. Up" it kept repeating the same thing over and over again. After 3 minutes i actually woke up and gasped for air. I felt like i was chocked... I looked at my surroundings and i was in my house. How's that possible? I passed out in the forest... Unless somoene found me and brought me here. I heard a voice in my head... "Well well well~ what do we have here.. The most "innocent" person I've ever seen. :) what do you think of your new mask?"  i was scared asf. Wtf is happening?!?! "Who are you??! How did you get in my head and what do you mean what do think of your new mask?! Who are you?!!!!"  *Sigh* "To many questions kid. My name is Nico. Im the evil spirit you saw at the mansion. And about the mask, i posses it. I can manipulate you, kill you, rip your organs out from the inside if you dont listen to me. I aint gonna play nice with you just because you just met me tho. :)"
"WHAT?!?! WHY ME?. WHAT DO YOU WANT FROM ME?!"
"I want you to kill people for me whenever i demand you to."
I froze.
".... I CANT JUST KILL PEOPLE GET OUT OF MY HEAD!"
I ripped my mask in half. But it didnt work. The mask turned into its normal state again, unharmed and not broken at all... How?!
"Try all you want. But you you cant break the mask at all. Now kill somoene for me. Im hungry."
"i- i cant... Im not like that! Just leave me alone...!"
Thats when he punched me from the inside.

I coughed up blood.
"Dont disobey me kid. This is just a warning."
"JUST A W-WA-RNING?! TH-THIS IS WHAT YOU CALL A WARNING?!"
"DONT SCREAM AT ME KID! I CHOSE YOU TO KILL PEOPLE FOR ME SO DEAL WITH IT! Look out of the window. See that grey wolf out there with green eyes? I want you to kill his family." "WHAT? SKYLAR'S FAMILY? I CANT DO THAT! HE DOESNT DESERVE THAT.."
"life isnt fair kid. Now do what i say before you get in trouble with me. I can easily kill you."
"Fine." as i walked downstairs out of the apartment, i walked to Skylar's house.
I knocked on the door.
They opened it.
"Oh hey Error! Skylar isnt home right no-"
"SKYLAR'S MISSING!!" I said panicking with tears in my eyes from when Nico punched my insides. They believed me because i clearly seemed panicked. But im panicked because im afraid of Nico and of killing them.
"But i think i know where he is. The las- Last time i saw him he was in a alleyway. Wanna come with me to help me find him?" fuck. I stuttered on my words...
"Sure. Are you okay tho? You.. Act like you have just been beaten up.."
That was true tho. But just beaten up from the inside.
"Im fine. Follow me."
I leaded them to the alleyway where no one else was.
"A-Are you sure this is the right place?"
I chuckled.
"Oh but ofcourse~ you're even gonna see him again!~"
I said. I was panicking inside... I didnt say that! I lost control as i picked up my kitchen knife and stabbed his mom with it. Skylar's dad went sprinting at me but i shot him in the head! Skylar's grandma was screaming and crying. I ended her aswell....
I got my control back and realized what i just did.... I just killed a whole family... A happy family..... Who never had a problem in the world....
"I- I- i just ki- Killed Skylar's family... Wh-What have i done?! Wh-What if Skylar finds out i did it?!"
I started tearing up and ended up crying. I put the hood of my hoodie over my head, and walked out of the alleyway back home. I was panicking inside...
"Well done kid. You're a fast learner~"
"Shut up!!"
My heart was beating fast.
I couldn't help but keep crying. This isnt what i wanted... Skylar is is a cop.. Hes a few years older then me. Hes 19 and im 16...
If he finds out, im in jail.
Nico would probably be pleased if im in jail. He would probably just laugh at me.
"Nico. Show yourself!"
And he did.

Then suddenly somoene knocked at the door. It was my girlfriend.
"Error! Can you open the door?"
"N-Not now Layla.... Im *coughs* s-sick..."
"But yesterday and earlier today you were just fine! How are you sick?"
"I- i dont know. Maybe because of the weather..."
"Oh.. Okay honey. But i can take care of you! Thats a girlfriends duty right?"
I laughed a bit.
"It is but
.. You can get sick too.. Just leave me al-alone ok-okay? I need some *Cough*rest.."
I was good at acting. I thought to myself.
"Oh. Okay sure sweetie. Just tell me if you need any help with anything okay?
"Yeah. I will Layla. Thank you."
I heard the footsteps go go away and and i sighed of relieve.
"Soooo what now?" Nico asked.
"Im gonna rest for now. That stupid punch you gave me from the inside hits me hard."
"i told you it was only a warning." Nico said.
"Yeahhhh sure..."
"aslong as you obey me nothing bad will happen to you."
And so, i must obey him.
And i did.
"Go get some rest." Nico said.
"Tomorrow we need to get new fresh kills."
I sighed.
How did i get myself into this.
