𝗬𝗘𝗔𝗥𝗟𝗬, 𝗯𝗿𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘁 𝗷𝗮𝗰𝗸𝘀𝗼𝗻

It's been 2 days after the dance and Brandt still has been acting weird like, he didn't even wanna hang out for his birthday yesterday, He still won't tell me what's wrong and I'm starting to think it's me.

At the moment I'm getting ready for a pool party I was invited to, Maya, Anna, Sam, Jareef and Gabe are gonna be there and I'm excited, I don't think Brandt's coming because he hasn't said anything about going to one.

I put on my two piece bathing suit on and some sunscreen also my flip flops and I grab my things for the pool, Maya's mom was picking me up so I didn't have to walk, My mom already knew I was going to a pool party so I'm good.

As I was walking downstairs I heard a car horn and I guess it was Maya's mom so I go outside to see Maya and Anna in the car talking.(

I get in the car and we greet each other and I hug both of the girls "Pool party" I shout "Yeah!" Anna shouts with me "Girls, not to loud" Maya's mom says "Yeah, Jules shut up" Maya says and I roll my eyes thinking she's joking.

Maya's mom pulls up to the house where the pool party is and we get out of the car, I walk to the gate door of the backyard and Maya and Anna follows me. "Hi, girls" the host mom says "Hi" Maya says

"Hello" Anna greets "Hey, and no walking in the house with wet suits on, Okay?" She adds

"Okay!" I say and she walks away,

We open the gate to reveal a pool with a lot of kids in and around it and our mouths drop, I spot Sam and the others sitting at a table talking "Hey girls, I'm gonna go talk to Sam!" I say

"Okay, See you later Jules" Anna says "Bye" Maya said and I walk over to Sam and them "Hey, Fuckface's!" I greet "Hey, Jules" Sam says "Sit down with us" he adds and I sit down dropping my things onto the concrete.

"Why aren't you guys in the pool" I ask "If I get in the pool, I won't be able to get out.. you know because I'm fat" Gabe says and we all almost burst out laughing. "Gabe, don't say that" i say holding in my laugh

"I don't know, We just don't wanna get in right now" Jafeer says "Okay" I say

The boys keep talking and I spot Maya and Anna talking as they walk to the pool, so I got up and went over to them "What are you girls talking about?" I ask "Nothing, None of your business" Maya points out

"Geez okay, I was just asking, don't gotta be rude about it" I say rolling my eyes.

We all sit down at the edge of the pool with our feet in the water "Anyway Na, Brendan is obsessed with you, he keeps looking at you" Maya says and we all look at Brendan who's talking to Skyler. "I feel smothered by him." Anna points out

"Maybe he still likes you!" I point out "Duh Jules, are you like, dumb?!" Maya ask "No, Maya" I say with an attitude, she's always finding a way to piss me off.

"But guys, Maybe we should just like stay five minutes and then leave!" Maya points out "That's all I thought we were doing here." Anna says "I wanna stay a little bit longer though." I say.

"Who was talking to you Jules?" Maya questions "Ok Maya, you're starting to piss me off and I don't know why you're acting like this, Like grow the fuck up!" I say before getting up and jumping in the pool making sure I splashed maya, Then I swim away from them.

Maya's POV!

"That bitch" I say wiping the water off of my face "Don't call her that, Maya!" Anna says "She told me to grow up like I'm grown up!" I point out "Ok but she's said you we're pissing her off!" She point out

"Ok, can we stop talking about her?" I ask "How Maya, We literally did second base with her boyfriend and we let him" she replies "Shh" I say covering her mouth "She could've heard that!" I point out
