Now that I think of it, its a little cliché right?
But its what your literature course demanded. A practice in creative writing based in an era only remembered by the history books.
You didn't even know why you had to do this stupid project.
But you needed to complete this course to be able to get your degree.
You didn't get it. None of these stories were going to be unique. It had to start with the famous line 'once upon a time'.
it was so frustratingly overdone.
But your teacher didn't tolerate you going off script.
This was what Mr Lee wanted.
You long for a day where the cliché wasn't so blatantly everywhere.
You needed excited, something new that you could indulge in from the comfort of your couch.
