This is set after they were drafted and Mickey had gone away to play and jaysen had stayed at Hartland, I think mickey got the first pick so he went to the senators (Ottawa) while jaysen will eventually go to the panthers (Florida) btw I'm British and Icehockey isn't big here (well atleast where I live in Britian) sooo im going off Research and just guessing icl. Some actions may not be cannon but I try my hardest to make it as realistic as possible 🤞

Mickey's family had come to help him move into his new place, though if didn't have many decorations it was home to mickey.

Mickey grinned at his phone, he really did miss jaysen and just wanted to see him already

Mickey- can I go back to hartland?

Nova- do you hate Ottawa that much already?

Jaysen- if you do we have like no space so you'll have to bunk with Delilah

Mickey- ahh I just want to go back to how it was before, it was so good before.

Jaysen- James we can always come visit you, watch your games and stuff we'll be here for you no matter what.

Nova- yeah babe I can come down whenever I get time off and see you or we can call every night, whatever you need
