Primus is the living God of the Cybertron colony, whose body became part of the planet Cybertron. Primus is the twin brother of Unicron, his eternal foe, whom he battled for decades before creating the Matrix. Primus also created the Thirteen, the first Primes, to defeat his evil twin brother and cast Unicron into deep space. Primus is the Original Prime, all the living species owe their lives to Primus for creating the Primes and saving them, despite Primus being a Reaper.

Prima Prime was the first Asari born on Cybertron and the leader of the Thirteen. He was a warrior of light who used the Star Saber with the Matrix of Leadership as its hilt and is the twin brother to Megatronus.

Vector Prime is one of the Thirteen and is the interdimensional traveler who spent most of his life in the multiverse, observing it, and occasionally stepping in to help despite him being a Krogon. It is said that as Guardian of Space and Time, he can access to every alternate reality and could reverse/stop time itself. However, Vector Prime is still bound by certain laws of time. It is said that after living outside of time for so long and having a non-linear view of events Vector Prime can never die and only be locked out of certain realities.
