Rumor

I was walking in the halls peacefully until my best friends came running to me.

Sunoo - Hey Yn!

Yn - Oh hey guys!

Niki - Sup shorty!

He put his arm on my head.

Yn - Get your dirty arm off of me!

I said jokingly, as I pushed his arm off.

Niki - Whatever.

Yn - Where are the rest of the guys?

Sunoo - They are putting some stuff away in their locker.

Yn - Oh okay.

Sunoo - Anyways, have you guys heard about the science lab being closed?

Niki - What?!

Sunoo - Yeah I know right!

Yn - Wait, what happened?

Right when Sunoo was going to tell us, the rest of the guys caught up to us.

Jay - Hey guys!

He came out of nowhere.

Sunoo - Oh my god you startled me!

Jay - Sorry not sorry.

Sunoo rolled his eyes in annoyance.

Heeseung - What were you guys talking about?

Sunoo - Well, I was going to tell them about the science lab being closed.

Jungwon - Ooh! I heard about that too!

Sunghoon - Yeah, what happened?

Sunoo - Well, there's this rumor saying that it closed because there is a time machine in it.

Jake - Pfft, yeah right. As if we will believe that.

Sunoo - Seriously! The rumor is going all around the school right now.

Yn - Really?!

Sunoo - Mhmm. Listen.

We overheard some students talking about the rumor in the hallways. He was right! There was a rumor about the science lab!

Niki - Oh wow.

Sunoo - See.

Jake - Yeah, but it's just a rumor. Rumors are always fake.

Jungwon - Imagine sneaking into the science lab just to  check for ourselves.

Heeseung - We could do that.

Jungwon - Huh?

Heeseung - We could sneak into the Lab after school to see for ourselves, and then know if the rumor is true or not.

Jungwon : Oh, I was just joking.

Sunghoon - What are you up to?

Jay - He's saying that WE should go CHECK the SCIENCE LAB after school to SEE if the RUMOR is TRUE or NOT.

Sunghoon - Okay I get it now!

Yn - I don't know about this, guys. What if it's locked up for a reason?

Niki - Come on! Don't be such a wimp!

Yn - I'm not! I'm just making sure that we aren't taking things too far.

Jungwon - Relax. We can go together.

Jake - And plus, if we get blamed, we can blame it on Jungwon.

Jungwon - What?! Why me?!

Sunghoon - Because you came up with the idea.

Jungwon - But Heeseung hyung came up with the idea and planned it!

Heeseung - And you guys agreed!

Then they started arguing.

Sunoo and I both looked at each other and backed away from them while they were arguing.

Sunoo - Ugh, we could never have peace.

Yn - For real.

Niki - Sup guys.

Sunoo - You're not arguing with them?

Niki - No, why would I? I'm sick and tired of hearing them argue all the time.

Yn - True.

Sunoo - But are we really sneaking in?

Niki - I don't know? Do you guys want to though?

Sunoo - Kind of but, it's up to Yn.

Yn - What? Why me?

Sunoo - Because you are basically the "Mother" of the group.

Niki - What? I thought Jay hyung was.

Sunoo - Have you seen his attitude?

He said to Niki. Then turned his head back to me.

Sunoo - Anyways, do you want to?

Yn - I guess, but if we get caught, I am blaming you guys.

Sunoo - Ugh, whatever.

<After school>

School was finally done and now is the time to sneak in. We all met by Heeseung's locker to meet up so we don't get separated when we sneak in.

Heeseung - Okay. Is everybody here?

Jungwon - Yep!

Heeseung - Alright...let's go.

We all went to the science room. There, we saw a big "box."

Jay - What is that?

Sunoo - That's the time machine I was talking about!

Niki - Shh, be quiet!

Sunoo - Whoops.

Sunghoon - Will that fit all of us?

Yn - There's only one way to find out.

We all went in the "Time Machine" together. Surprisingly, it was able to fit all eight of us and was quite roomy.

Heeseung : Woah! This place is enormous!

Jay : Yeah!

Jake : What do these buttons do?

He pointed to them.

Jungwon : Woah! I didn't even see them there.

Jake : Should I press it?

Yn : No! What if something happens!

Niki : Are you afraid? You can get out if you want.

Yn : I'm just cautious.

Sunoo : That's what I mean by "mom".

He whispered to Niki.

Yn : I heard that. And plus, we don't even know how this even works, and you are already going to press these buttons?

Sunghoon : What's the worst that could happen? I mean...who knows? This could be a failure.

Yn : Ugh fine. But I am warning you guys.

Jake : Which one should I press?

Heeseung : I mean there is a red button and a green button so...I think you should press the red button.

Sunoo : Are you serious?! They always say to NEVER PRESS THE RED BUTTON!

Niki : SHHH! Be quiet! We're going to get caught because of you.

Jake : Fine then green one it is.

Little did they know, when Jake pressed the button, it took them to an unrealistic place. Somewhere where no one knew about.
