I'm not sure if the pacing is too quick in this 🥲 I didn't really look over it. Still. Enjoy! This one's a lot more exciting 😼

__________

Kyle had his desk chair spun around, eyeing down his little brother who was mindlessly standing in the doorway of his room.

After a long moment of silence and Kyle glaring at his little brother, Ike finally said, "Ma said you have to go to the dinner assembly."

Kyle's eyebrows raised in surprise. "What?"

"Yeah. She said her and dad are gonna' talk shit about you so they don't want you here." Ike said casually, crossing his arms and shrugging his shoulder

Kyle let out a scoff "Bullshit. Ma didn't say that."

Ike snorted and with a smug smile said, "Yeah. But they are gonna talk. I dunno' what about though."

Kyle tensed up, a feeling of guilt suddenly waving over him. Most likely, Kyle will be the talking subject. What else would they talk about? Why else would Kyle need to leave the house? Maybe Ike was right. Maybe they are going to talk shit about him.

Ike's smile faded slightly as he silently studied Kyle's face. "Hey." Ike started, "I'm pretty sure they're handing out pizza at the assembly tonight?" He encouraged, a small consoling smile on his face.

It took a moment to process what Ike had said, but once he had Kyle's face brightened a smidge, "Fuck yeah. Good thing I'm coming then."

Ike gasped, "I'm telling Ma you swore."

"What?" Kyle gawked, taken aback at his little brother's abruptness.

"Kidding." Ike laughed, a mischievous grin on his face.

Kyle groaned, took a pillow from the head of his bed and chucked it at Ike. "Get out of my room!" Ike shut the door with a laugh, the pillow hitting the wooden surface and falling to the ground with a soft plump. He rolled his eyes, listening to Ike's footsteps as scuttled down the stairs in a fit of giggles.

______________ (Time skip cuz lazy. Might add more.)

Kyle was eating a too-cheesy pizza slice on a very much empty table. He decided to save himself the embarrassment of having others scoot away from him. Even if he sat next to adults he knew they'd still do the same. So he picked an empty table to the far right.

Back when both he and Ike had arrived at the assembly, people were already giving Kyle nasty looks.

A familiar group of girls whispered to each other when he walked past their table. Heidi, one of those girls and Kyle's ex-crush, awkwardly cringed when they made eye contact.

He'd expected the looks, yes. But that didn't make them hurt any less. Or any less awkward for that matter.

While he and Ike were lined up to be given food, his brother even leaned closer and whispered "You can't sit next to me, okay?"

Perplexed, Kyle raised an eyebrow, "...Excuse me?"

"The whole village kinda hates you right now. It'll be awkward." He answered with a guilty look.

"What? Asshole. I wasn't going to sit next to you." Kyle whispered angrily. It was true, he never planned on sitting with Ike. He did however plan on sitting with Tweek. The only problem with that was Kyle couldn't find him. Anywhere.

So, Kyle chose an empty table to the far right. Now, he was busy staring at nothing in particular as he chewed on a bitten off piece from the pizza he'd gotten.
