The blue sky was clear, glowing in color as the citizens within the vibrant city simply did their routines, whether it was getting to work, going on a walk or perhaps even a small trip to the mall, it was a normal sight for anyone who didn't experience the terror that happened within the city on a usual basis.
A silvery-hair boy with blue streaks gracing his locks was one of those people walking. He was particularly oblivious to the events that were going to happen on this very day as he surveyed the city, wandering around with an indifferent expression placed on his face. He wore a suit which drew unneeded attention from others.
He ignored their looks of curiosity as he searched for a specific building that he was looking for. He wasn't very fortunate, having no leads after a few hours of wandering and exploring.
He sighed to himself. 'At this point, it'd be night before I even finish with this.' The boy, ELIAS DIETRICH continued his 'grand' adventure of finding this very special place. He was looking for the H.Q of the Synn Crime Association; he wanted to join their ranks, after all.
Before he could take another step. Elias was startled by a sudden explosion of burning hot, scorching flames being scattered over the entire area. Yelping in surprise, he raised his arms to protect himself. He glanced around to see what happened to the others who were caught in the fiery explosion like him. Strangely enough, there was no screaming or yelling and only...
"OH, COME ON! THIS IS THE FIFTH TIME THIS WEEK!"
"More fire! More fire!"
"Fuck, I'm going to be late for work!"
Bunch of weird people.. Was this so common that they didn't even show any fear or unease? Elias hopes he won't end up like these unique individuals then. He came to a realization as he noticed that he wasn't hurt by the fire in his vicinity.
He glanced around to discern his surroundings which were ignited in flames, noticing a protective presence safeguarding him from the flames. It was like a forcefield, preventing him from getting heavily burned by the flames.
As his ears focused, a resounding roar reached his ears ー Which was an energetic rocket soaring overhead. His gaze concentrated on the sky as two figures emerged, one glided with excellent swiftness as they appeared as a blur to his untrained eyes, while the other was like a mechanical being, it propelled itself while chasing the blurry figure while being aided by its foot-mounted rocket thrusters.
"Woah.." Elias glanced at the two individuals with a look of antonishment, observing as they engaged in a fight as soon as they landed on the ground. The mechanical person shot out missiles coming from its shoulders towards the agile figure, who managed to slice every single missile coming for them with a crimson-colored crescent blade. Elias didn't know who was more powerful between the two as he watched them.
The bladed figure quickly rushed towards the other person as they traded blows with each other with the robot only using its fists against the other instead of the other weapons that it showed previously. Elias focused on the two, examining their appearances. The swift and agile figure was a raven-haired, red-eyed boy adorned in a black robe that seemed to look more like a shadow while the other was a snowy-haired, blue-eyed boy who was noticeably shorter than the raven, his body covered in mechanical armor.
He didn't catch any words coming from their mouths but it seemed like the snowy-haired individual was growing frustrated with the raven, who kept a calm expression on his face. Whenever the raven attacked, the white haired robot evaded or defended. Their fight was more of a beautiful and awe inspiring dance with their moves perfectly countering the other's.
The raven glanced towards Elias, the corners of his mouth curling into a pleased, small smile as he discarded the battle he had with the other person and jumped like a feline, landing over to his side. Elias let out a surprised shriek as the boy grabbed him by the waist and hopped into the bright sky, away from the burning flames. The azure-colored protective presence around Elias disappeared into fading particles as he saw the snowy-haired robot looking confused and angry at the sudden turn of events, choosing to chase after them by flight.
