The gentle breeze of Mother Nature's gentle winds lightly brushed the soft leaves of the tree that sat near the butterfly mansion, in which Tanjiro was just outside, sitting on the porch.
He stared at himself in a small puddle on the ground the previous rainy day, his bright red eyes reflecting lightly.
It's when the sudden smell of vanilla and strawberry hit his nose that he realized Yuna now sits next to him.
"Huh? When did she..."
"Are you feeling alright?"
Yuna's soft voice asks. Her eyes linger on Tanjiro, as Tanjiro's eyes were already on hers.
"I said are you feeling better?"
It takes a second for Tanjiro to register the question.
"Oh! I- yes. I'm doing much better. Thanks."
Yuna offers a soft sweet smile. Tanjiro smiles back in response.
They sit in a sweet calming silence together for a while, until it's broken by Taiko.
"Ah! There you two are!"
Taiko steps down, to sit next to Tanjiro on his right, Yuna on his left.
"Food ready, wouldn't want the up-and-coming demon slayer to be too weak to train."
Taiko lightly punches his shoulder in friendly way jokingly.
"So what's with you two sitting out here all alone in silence? Seems boring."
Tanjiro blinked, he was enjoying the silence, which was a boring answer.
"Oh, I was just daydreaming, I'm not sure about Yuna."
Yuna was leaning back on her hands, looking up at the sky, her legs crossed.
"I was trying to remember why I came out here."
"Seriously?"
"I realized it was what Taiko just said that I came out here for."
Yuna smiles, Tanjiro thinks in his head, how could someone forgetful be hashira level?
"But either way the silence was nice, sorry I don't always be bombarded by loud dumb questions."
"I do not ask "dumb questions."."
The two sisters begin, Tanjiro turning his head back and forth between them as they talk.
"Oh really? "If I were a worm, would you still slay me if I became a demon?" What kind of question is that??"
