I Fell In love With My Enemy.

The mission

      I walk along the long and dark hallway with only a small light illuminating the hallway just enough to know where I am going. But I could have found my way in the dark anyway, since after all I am an assassin. I have been in much worse conditions than this, but right now I just wonder why my commander  has summoned for me. Maybe its because of the killings thats been happening in town lately. I hear that there's a killer killing the military defense. It takes at least some amazing skills to even get a scratch on one of them. But this person killed 20 of them all in one night.
      I arrived at my commanders door and knocked on it loud enough for him to hear me. I stand outside of the door patiently waiting for him to tell me to go inside. I hear him say "Tell me your name and business coming to see me".
I cleared my throat and said "It's  (name) (l/n) and you summon me to speak to me".
"Come in" he says.
I walked in with my chin held up high.
"You wanted to see me Sr." I look at him while he sits in his chair in front of his desk with his hands holding his head up. While there is a fire wood burning right behind him. He looks at me and says
"Yes, I did wanted to see you (l/n), it involves the matters of a criminal that's running wildly in the streets. You might heard of him already. He has been killing the capitals best soldiers. Her majesty sent a letter to me  requesting one of our best  members of the elite force. What I want you to do (l/n) is to eliminate the target. All the information that you'll need is in this folder." He looks down at me. While I get down in one knee.
"I understand. I'll kill my target and if he defeats me, I deserve to die. Only the strong live, and the weak deserve to die."
He smiles creepily "Very good I love your attitude you're dismissed ".
