Sydney's POV

After our long make out session we cuddled and watched a few movies just reveling in the feeling of being this close and knowing each others feelings. It had to be the best feeling in the world to know that Jacob Reed was in love with me too, after all these years of wondering I finally got my answer. I snuggled even closer to him and he held me tight. I could feel his breath on my ear.

                       "I'm sleepy Syd. Are you ready to go to bed?" I smiled up at him and nodded my head. I didn't know how tired I was until I yawned and almost collapsed. He let out a low laugh and picked me up in his arms. He climbed the stairs softly and soon enough I was asleep.

When I woke up I found myself laying almost completely on top of Jake. He looked over and smiled at me.

                      "Good morning, boyfriend!" he smiled and pulled me closer. "Say that again." I laughed and repeated myself. He closed his eyes and smiled in contentment. "Why did you want me to repeat myself?" he kept his eyes closed and shook his head.

                        "When you say that Syd, it's like we're the only people in the world and there is nothing that I can't do. It gives me the best feeling in the world. Because when you say that I know that you're my girl and no one else's. That would make any guy happy, knowing that you were their girl." I smiled and kissed him softly on the lips.

                       "I think that goes the other way too. I just can't wait to go back to school and count all the death glares I'm going to be getting from all those girls that lust after you!" he laughed and I knew he could hear the sarcasm. "Don't worry Syd, it's not like I won't be right beside you the whole time. Besides, you'll have Will there even when I'm not there." I smiled and kissed him on the cheek.

                  "Well since today IS Monday. I guess I should go get ready for school." I made a disgusted face and Jake laughed. "Come on, Syd. Don't be like that! At least you get to see your friends and all those other weird people you talk to." I gasped and slapped him on the arm. I jumped out of the bed and ran into the bathroom. I took a long shower and washed all my worries away for the day.

When I got out of the shower I wrapped a towel around myself and stepped out into the bedroom. I grabbed a matching bra and thong and slipped them on. I went back into the bathroom and brushed and flossed my teeth. After I finished I curled my hair into waves rolling over my shoulders and put on my makeup. I walked over to my closet and picked out a sleeveless green and white striped shirt. I pulled on a pair of dark jeans and grabbed a miniature short sleeved black sweater that came a little above my elbow. To finish my look I put on a pair of silver T-straps. I grabbed my phone and purse and went down the stairs. When I got down there I smelled the most delicious thing! Chocolate chip pancakes. Jake knew that was my favorite kind of breakfast. I went over to them and started putting some on a plate.

I was almost finished fixing my plate when I felt two arms snake around my waist from the back. I could feel his breath on my ear. "You know I was just kidding earlier right?" I pretended to be mad at him and stepped out of his arms and started walking to the table. He groaned and I could hear him walking behind me.

                       "Come on, Syd! You can't stay mad at me. Especially since you look so delicious today. I'm gonna have a hard time being away from you. Why do you do this to me?!" I could barely contain my smile. I knew it was going to be hard for him. He'd just have to deal with it. "I don't care how delicious I look. You can't touch me ANY at ALL today. You should have thought about what you said earlier." he looked at me with pleading eyes.
