In the backyard of a 2 story building, lived a 10 year old boy playing with a dog the same size as him, maybe taller. Suddenly, a small creature came slithering through the door. (Yes, through)

"Sssss-sosuke, Rin. Kana wants to ssssspeak with you," it said.
The dog looked at the snake and barked, dismissing him. "Rin, she's calling you. You're ready?" Sosuke asked. He saw the boy crouch down near the flower field in curiosity. "What are you doing?" he asked tilting his furry black head.

"Bringing Okaa-san these flowers," the crimson headed boy replied holding camellia blossoms to his chest. "Let's go, Sosuke" he said then ran into the house.

The moment he entered the house, he immediately felt something was off. Sosuke who felt his discomfort, rubbed his furry head to Rin's and asked,

"What's wrong?" Rin shook his head.

"Nothing," he assured himself but that bad feeling still remained. Sosuke, however, knew something was off, after all, they were linked physically, mentally and emotionally.

Rin headed to the kitchen and spotted a woman in a tight black dress. Her blonde hair was curled and her sapphire eyes were cold and distant. Her lips were stern as she stared sown at the boy. "Mommy, I got flowers for you," Rin said giving her the flowers. The mother attempted a hesitant smiled as she received them. "Come, Honey. Mommy wants to show you something." The woman walked up the stairs with Rin following cheerfully. There was a dark room that read "keep out" and Rin's bad feeling got worse but he trusted his mommy, right?

When his mom opened the door, he was proven wrong and his eyes widen in horror. There were a bunch of guys smirking at him, almost like drooling. Rin looked at his mother and se unexpectedly smirked.

The snake suddenly appeared around the woman's neck and looked at the boy with a tinge of guilt and regret. He could tell that the boy knew what she was planning but decided to trust his mother anyway. The boy was only ten after all.

"Kana, what are you doing? Don't you think this is too much?"

"Can it Rue! You should just stay out of this or keep your damn mouth shut!" Kana growled. Rue shook his head in disbelief and shrunk back in her clothes.

Kana looked at those hungry looking men and smirked. "Now boys, what do you think?"

One of the guys walked towards the woman, eyes still on the scared boy.

"You're right. He's cuter than we thought," he said handing Kana a huge wad of cash. "Heh, go ahead and have your fun with him," she smirked.

The man pulled the boy by his arm painfully as he was crying for his other to escape. "Mommy? Mommy, help me!"

Kana stopped counting her money and gave Rin a hateful scowl. "Help you? Not on your life you fucking insect!"
Rin was both shocked and devastated by his own mother's words and he wanted so badly to deny it, that was until he heard, "It's your fault my husband left me! He should have loved me more than you!! That's why he paid the price with his life! I KILLED him!!" she yelled crushing the flowers with her feet while laughing maniacally.

As the men continue to strip Rin's clothes off, his thoughts went haywire.
My fault? Mommy hates me? Killed Papa?

Those thoughts continued to run through his head blankly as those guys continue to touch him. Sosuke barked, snapping Rin out of his trance. Years came to his face a Rin begged them to stop and Sosuke couldn't do any but growl at them, seeing as Rin has suffered so much trauma in his situation.

The snake suddenly appeared once again in disappointment towards Kana. "Kana! This is too much! You must ssss-stop this nonsense now and ssss-save your ssss-son!" Rue yelled.

"I thought I told you to stay out of this you damn snake!! Either act like one or stay out of my sight," she spat.

"I am your guide and your guardian! You are a parent! You are not to act this irrationally towards jealousy! I may be a ssss-snake but that doesn't mean I'm sssss-supposed to act like one! You, Kana, have gone too far and this ends now!" Rue turned to Rin, who is still distraught from what his so-called mother had said and did, and attempted to talk to him.

"Rin, can you hear me? Listen closely. I need you to destroy us. Find the strength in you and destroy us. This is the least we can do to atone for destroying your childhood."

Meanwhile, Rin's thoughts went to his mother. Mother betrayed me. No. She is no mother of mine. Being touched like that, he hated it. It was a disgusting feeling.

I hate them. Hate them. Hate everyone. They do nothing but betray your innocence and leave you out to rot.

Anger grew inside him as black spots began to invade his vision and before he knew it, he blacked out. The last thing he heard was gurgles of screams and Rue saying "Thank you."

When, Rin finally came to, he stared blankly at the red. There was blood all over the floor, walls and ceiling and body parts scattered everywhere in the room. Even his so-called mother was dead. Minutes later, police sirens were heard and Rin was sitting Indian style in the middle of it, laughing like a maniac. He glanced at Sosuke who seemed to take on a different form- red and black fur, horns that curled up shortly above his head, razor sharp teeth if not, more sharp, a bloody crescent on its forehead, and a scary ghostly appearance.

"Trust No one," he murmured as Sosuke nodded and covers Rin's body, disappearing from the house without a trace.
