As the sun shone again, the snow finally disappeared. As for the staff, they were beginning to transform back. FrouFrou was the first, turning back into his normal snail self while the coathanger turned back into a human. Karen burst to life, yelling out for Plankton as fabrics fell everywhere. Once the fabric cleared, both Karen and Plankton were once again human. Karen had purple hair, glasses, a silver knee-length dress, green tights, and silver high heel boots. And Plankton wore a dark green suit with a turtleneck coat and an eye patch. His skin was a normal shade of peach, a brown eye, and raven hair that was tied back into two plats and a ponytail.

Next was Mr. Krabs. He yelped as he turned back into a human again. He wore a blue top, dark blue trousers, red hair, and a beard. Squinting his eyes, Mr. Krabs let his vision adjust to see the boy in front of him. It was Spongebob, once again human, just as they had all been wanting. Spongebob wore a yellow shirt, red tie, brown trousers that were held up by braces, he had blue eyes, ginger hair, and pale skin. But Spongebob's attention was taken away from his old friend when he noticed his love in a pile of acorns. Sandy wore a white spacesuit with a pair of trainers and an afro on her head.

Spongebob helped her out and back on her feet before kissing her for the first time in years. But their focus soon was drawn to a runaway tea trolly. Mr. Krabs quickly grabbed the trolly to stop it from falling down the stairs, only to shoot Mrs. Puff and launch Pearl into the air. But, as humans once again, they slid down the stairs on a tray. Once they made it down safely, Mrs. Puff finally took in that Pearl was a teenage girl once again. Mrs. Puff had blond hair in a bob cut with a dark blue hat and a dark blue big and puffy dress. Pearl's hair was brown, her dress was a pink cheerleader dress with a jumper and some platform shoes. The two shared a hug for the first time in years.

Now that the curse was lifted, everyone who had forgotten about the people in the castle came back to see everyone. Jean reunited with his wife and teenage daughter, finally remembering them after the curse made him forget. And Mr. Krabs reunited with his mother. One who he never really liked. But, as everyone reunited, Mindy watched on at the delightful scene in front of her. She was the Mermaid Princess but she kept herself as Mindy, just to be sure she couldn't get into trouble.

But the reunion ended when Spongebob and Sandy spotted Squidward and (Y/N) leaving the castle to join the reunion. Seeing his Prince almost back to his normal self once again, he bowed to him. But Squidward only smiled, happy to see his old friend back to his normal self. The two shared a hug while Sandy curtsied, thanking (Y/N) for saving them. Only for Pearl to run to (Y/N) to hug her and say hello. As celebration for breaking the curse, a ball was thrown for the staff, villagers, and the new couple.

'Tale as old as time,' Karen sang for an audience for the first time in years, 'Tune as old as song. Bittersweet and strange. Finding you can change. Learning you were wrong,'

Everyone danced with one another. And (Y/N) had been put in a white gown with flowers on it while Squidward wore a blue and gold sequin tailcoat. He did have a top hat to go with it but he decided not to wear it, preferring just the tailcoat for this occasion. As the dance slowed, and Maddie painted the scene in front of her, Mrs. Puff began to sing.

'Winter turns to spring. Famine turns to feast. Nature points the way. Nothing left to say. Beauty and the Squid.'

As they danced, (Y/N) looked at Squidward with wonder in her eyes.

"What?" Squidward asked her, "What is it?"

"How would you feel about getting some clarinet lessons?" (Y/N) asked with a smile.

She had heard him playing a few times during her stay but he wasn't all that good at it. Squidward just chuckled before playfully glaring at her. (Y/N) smiled and curtsied to him while Squidward bowed. The two continued to dance as Karen and some of the staff who weren't dancing sang again.

'Certain as the sun. Rising in the east. Tale as old as time. Song as old as rhyme. Beauty and the Squid. Tale as old as time. Song as old as rhyme. Beauty and the Squid!'
