"Before either of you ask questions, I have a notebook I made for Young Midoriya about each quirk stored inside One For All." All Might addressed as he handed Shoto the book first.
"I understand why he didn't say anything, but why couldn't he just tell me?" Shoto sighed out as he opened the notebook.
"I pressured him not to tell anyone. It's not his fault, boy." All Might replied.
"The less people who know about it the better. Imagine what All For One could do to anyone that knows." Gran Torino added.
"That makes enough sense." Aizawa replied dryly, but still processing everything.
"So the only quirks he's manifested right now are Blackwhip and Float..." Shoto mumbled as he flipped through the notebook about the history of the past users and their quirks. "What prompts them to come out?"
"Izuku told me Blackwhip appeared after Monoma insulted me. His anger made it manifest. Float manifested during the sports festival due to the stress of winning-" Katsuki started before Shoto interjected.
"Which makes so much sense now looking back on that..."
"However, we're still not sure if he can even use Float right now." All Might added, crossing his arms.
"When we trained, he couldn't get it to work. Damn seventh user..."
"So you were initially quirkless, as was Midoriya." Aizawa chimed in.
The conversation between them continued for another few minutes before All Might got a notice from Nezu about the impending meeting and reminded the boys to get dressed. Soon enough, a crowd would erupt in the conference room.
As Katsuki walked in, mask around his neck and Shoto behind him, he scanned the crowd. All of classes 2-A and 2-B was here, as well as some students he didn't know the names of because he didn't bother learning them. Hatsume from the support department, the big three students who graduated last year, and- Endeavor's sidekick? The one with the green hair? He looked a little shocked to see the group of people here, nonetheless grateful that they knew how dire the situation was. Eijiro walked up to the two boys and put both hands on each of their shoulders.
Behind the blonde, the door to the conference room opened and there stood three amazing heroes no one expected to be taking this case. Eijiro looked like he had seen a ghost, which caused the two in front of him to fill with immense curiosity. Katsuki and Shoto both turned around, widening their eyes at the sight.
Mirko, Edgeshot, and the current number one hero Endeavor.
The meeting started, first with addressing the situation to those unaware, who were mostly other students. Next was informing everyone of Hawks' involvement with the League, explaining his undercover mission and how he will be filled in with every detail mentioned at this meeting. Following that came all the info Hawks has provided the safety commision about the League, and how they can use it all against them. Lastly was the plan... the plan to rescue Izuku Midoriya.
The hallway was surprisingly light, lined with red carpet and high walls. The atmosphere was excessively empty for the size of the building. The greenette was forced to walk forward with a hand around his neck, noticing the singular finger lifted to prevent his doom. He gritted his teeth and clenched his jaw, both in anger and in fear, as he was forced to walk down the long hallway. The boy was shoved into an elevator, leaving most of the League behind as Toga creepily waved goodbye with a big grin and a tilt of her hip. Dabi and Compress stood behind the white-haired man as the elevator descended slowly.
