"THINK ABOUT THIS if you hit him now, you're jeopardizing your position on the team," Jackson said to me as we walked over to Alyiah, "and we need you on the team."

"I'm not gonna hit him, I'm just gonna talk," I said even though I wanted to. I knew Jackson was right.

"Babe, are you ready?" Alyiah practically rushed over to me, wrapping an arm around my waist.

"Yeah," I looked down on her and wrapped my hand around her waist, "who's this?"

"The name's Brent," the guy said, puffing out his chest.

"I wasn't asking you, I was asking my girl," I looked him up and down.

"Look dude, do we have a problem," he started walking forward, and as I was about to step up to him, I felt Aliyah's hand tighten on my jacket.

"We have a party to get to and you're making us late," Thomas interrupted, trying to diffuse the situation, "so its best if you just leave, isn't your bus waiting for you? Parents, maybe?"

"Oh, you're scared," I couldn't help but scoff, and his eyes flickered to me, "What do you want some?"

It would be a 12:1 fight

"Let's go, I don't want to miss all the fun," Alyiah said as she felt my tighten around her waist, I sign that I was slowly losing self-restraint.

I said nothing more and grabbed her hand in mine, trying my best to get out as fast as I could. I could hear the guys muttering about beating his ass and I would have if Aliyah's grip on my hand wasn't so tight. We walked through the empty hallway the guys walked ahead of us as I had slowed down to enjoy how perfect her hand had felt in mine, I traced my fingers over her knuckles and noticed the way her eyes quickly darted to our joint hands. As we reached outside, none of us made a move to let go of each other, and I couldn't help but smile at the fact that maybe she felt something for me.

"So do you wanna ride with me, or are you taking your car?" I asked, turning to face her.

"I wanna go with you," she said, looking up to me.

"Let's go," I led her over to the motorcycle that was parked up. I shrugged off the leather jacket I wore and handed it to her.

"Why do I need to wear this?" she asked as put in on.

"If we crash, which won't happen, and you fall off, it can help protect you from scraps," I explained while I unhooked my helmet from the bike, "and because it's chilly, I don't want you catching a cold."

"What about you?" she asked, I placed the helmet over her head and clipped it for her,

"I'll be fine," she tilted her head to the side and crossed her arms, basically saying she doesn't believe me, "I promise. Now, hop on."

I quickly hopped on and held out my hand for her. She grabbed it, then placed her feet on the foot peg and swung her leg over.

"Come closer," when she hesitated, I grabbed her and pulled her down, "and wrap your hands around me."

She wrapped her hands tight around me and laid her head on my back.

"If I'm going too fast, just give me a squeeze," I told her, and she nodded as an answer. After giving her a run down on what to do, I started the engine, and just like that, we were off.

Although I had rode plenty of times, I felt happier this time, and I it didn't take a genius to figure out why. With the girl of my dreams holding me tight, I felt unstoppable as we rode past the blur of people and street lights. I could hear her muffled giggles through the helmet when we weaved in between cars and when I accelerated. Slowly, we came to a stop at the stop light.

"This is fun." I could hear her muffled voice say.

"It is, isn't?" My hands caressed her legs that were still on the feet pegs, "I'm not going too fast, am I?"

"No, it's perfect," she moved her head from my back and to my shoulder, "will you take me riding again?"

"Anytime," I asked, still rubbing her legs.

Our moment was quickly interrupted when the light switched to green, and we rode to the house without another hitch. When we arrived, I could hear the music blasting from outside; kids were already wasted, and people were making out on the lawn. I quickly got off the bike and turned to face Alyiah; she was a sight to see. Her thighs were exposed more due to the raising of her skirt; the leather jacket was big on her, but she managed to pull it off, and when she took off the helmet, she shook her head side to side to get rid of the helmet hair. Grabbing her waist, I picked her up and helped her get off the back of the bike.

"You look good in my clothes," I told her as she handed me back my helmet.

"Thank you," she blushed, "now let's go."

"Let's have some fun," I grabbed her hand we made our way inside.

The place was packed and I felt every beat of the song that was playing,  I gripped Alyiah's hand tighter so I wouldn't lose her as people bumped against us, I pushed us through the crowd until I found a small corner that was unoccupied. As we stood there , I looked down on her as she scanned out the room. She was thinking of what to do next.

"I want to dance," she shouted over the music.

"Go, have fun," I released my hand from  she made her way into the crowd, disappearing from my sight.

I decided to go and find Thomas to pass the time, but before I could step off, someone's lips were on mine. Pushing off the person, I looked to see Emma standing there with a smirk on her face as if she had won some game.

"What the hell is wrong with you," I shouted at her, trying to wipe her off my lips.

"Don't play coy," she started, "I know you want me."

What is she talking about

"Look, I don't know what you've been on, but get this in that thick skull of yours. I don't like you, and I never will," she was really starting to piss me off.

"I've got what I needed already," and she walked off, I could see Alyiah looking at me.

Well shit
