Walking down to a sub level in the base, I ran my hand through my short blonde hair, letting out a sigh followed by a growl of frustration. I grabbed a fistful of my own hair, yanking it slightly as the elevator doors opened. Releasing my hair, my arm fell back down to my side and I walked down the dimly lit hallway. To my left were multiple doors that led to multiple archives. As I reached the door I wanted, I opened it up and walked into the large library-esque looking room.

From floor to ceiling, which was about my height, were just bookshelves. They contained digital files as well as physical copies of the digital ones. Making my way down the small aisle, I turned to my right and walked down a cramped walkway. Reaching over, I grabbed what looked to be a DVD case and a file folder that was as thick as my bicep. Heading into the center of the room, a console came up from the floor and a large desk appeared. I opened up the case and grabbed the flashdrive that was inside. Removing it from the case it was in, a port for the USB drive appeared on the side of the desk. Placing it in, after failing a few times to get it in on the right side, the flash drive clicked in.

A message on the floating screen in front of me popped up, asking me if I wanted to play what was on the flash drive. I hit 'yes' and opened up the file as it was downloading the contents contained on the flash drive. Flipping through the papers, reports, and files that were in the folder, I circled the desk, waiting patiently for the download to finish up.

Once the blue screen flashed green, my eyes picked up to find everything had downloaded smoothly. I smiled to myself, another window popping up witha giant play button in the center. Taking another look at the file, I set it down and pressed the button, the video playing. As it was playing, the memory of that day came back to me as if it was yesterday. Since it was a core memory within myself, I looked back at the files and read through the numerous newspapers about what had happened. The many news clippings as well as magazine articles that covered what was going on. But none of them knew the true story of this one particular case.

The video finished and I removed the flash drive, putting it back into the case. I closed the folder and walked over to the bookshelf, putting it back where it belonged. The console disappeared back into the floor and I made my way out of the room, shutting the door behind me and making sure it was locked. Heading back towards the elevator, I stepped inside and I was brought back to the main part of the base. Once the doors opened, everyone who was laid back and having fun immediately stood up, waiting for my command. Taking in a deep breath, I slowly nodded my head.

"Twenty years ago, there was a time where this mafia was feared by everyone. We would walk onto those streets and people would be fleein' from us. Ten years ago, that all changed whenever someone couldn't complete somethin' they had to do, leavin' it down to me to do so. Ever since I became the leader 'ere, I started to bring that fear back to our name. I started to bring us back to the shadows, where we belonged. Finally, tonight, is the night where everythin' changes. A promise that was made in the past is goin' to finally come to fruition," I said.

"Tonight, we are goin' to take back what had been stolen from us! I don't care what we have to do in order to get it back! But we're going to get back what was once ours!"

Everyone there started to erupt into cheers as I grabbed my axe, raising it up and placing it on my shoulder. My knife was strapped to my left thigh and I raised my hand, my gun being tossed my way. Catching it, I placed it at my side, shifting my weight onto one leg as I scanned the crowd in front of me. A wide smirk appeared on my face as I straightened up.

"Tonight, The Junkers are runnin' this town."

Everyone once again yelled and cheered. The sounds of guns being fired echoed off the walls and drinks were being spilled everywhere. It was as if I was in a local bar.

"Aye! Aye! AYE!"

Everyone turned towards me.

"Settle the fuck down. I know you're excited and I know you're rowdy, but keep it down. No blood 'ere tonight. Just ruff 'em up if ya know what I mean. Now, let's get a move on!"

"YEAH!" everyone yelled and grabbed their weapons and as soon as the doors were flung open, we marched our way into the city and started causing trouble.

It wasn't trouble where it would be breaking the law, but it was enough trouble to get us noticed and for us to strike fear back into the people. As I was leading them, everyone recognized the axe that had been passed down from the originator of the mafia. Once I had taken over, it made public news that there was a new head of The Junkers. The public was at first skeptical of me since I was the first woman to take over. But once I bared my teeth and showed them what I was capable of, everyone was starting to rebuild that fear. I was going to reinstill that fear once more and reclaim what was mine. What was once a staple of this mafia.

As the night was starting to wind down, there was a scuffle between someone and one of my men. Walking towards the stranger, I pushed them into the wall of an apartment building, getting in their face. The stranger tried to pick a fight with me, but that didn't end well as I took my knife and slashed them across the chest. It wasn't deep enough to make them bleed to death, but it was enough to leave a nasty scar. But they didn't get the message. They were still coming after me and that was when I lost it. I grabbed their face and shoved their head into the brick wall multiple times until their body stopped flailing. Dropping the stranger, I heard something to my right and when I turned, there was someone standing at the corner. As I finally examined their features, I knew who they were. The person I was after since I took over.
