"My Love"

"Hm?"

"

A downgraded forecast sprung its way to a small area where a young boy lived in Australia. Scribbling on papers to doze off the slow yet drifting time as his subconscious fell into the lines of the devil but printed into words. He sighed as soon as the last line was written, throwing his pencil back on the table and throwing his body back against his chair.

His short and tortured hands finally ceased into the pain from the constant cramping that, unfortunately, lasted for hours. Leaning his body against the chair he let out a deep sigh, cursing in his head for his parents locking him in his room until all 21 assignments were done until it was lights out.

Surely Felix was a smart enough student to not be so badly behind in his education, but he was also quite an unbothered student if you were to ask him. His studies never mattered unless someone, being his parents. Forced him into doing it. It was tiring when you had to give a single care to the misfortune and to the things you didn't want to have any care for. It was tiring being pressured into doing it. Even more, if the goal you had to work towards to finally be done with the useless material was blindsided by the ones who had the power to get you there.

Felix was no educationalist. He wasn't the kind of person to want to succeed in becoming a doctor a lawyer, or a police officer. He didn't want the future any kid doesn't dream of nowadays, because, he had one love and one love only.

If you were to ask him what love was, he wouldn't say anything along the lines of a breathing thing such as family and friends, because Felix wasn't the type to dwell on such emotions when he had goals in his life and wanted to be free of the people he were supposed to love.

No.

Felix didn't love them because of an empty heart. He didn't love them because he didn't have room for anything minus his one true love.

And it was always and forever going to be dance.

God, you couldn't imagine how desperately he worked towards his goal. How many nights he stayed up; aware that his parents could walk in any second to shut down his stupid little fiasco? The tears and injuries he shared throughout his body, the sweat he summoned from his body to create another mask on his skin, making the impossible unstoppable. And you'd bet he never let anyone trample on him, you'd think that he was the person to not give up so easily. But you were wrong.
