Well, let's just say Ghin had stopped crying, Sanji had his little specual moment with Zeff, and we all got on the boat and left.

I was giving first aid treatment to Ghin, while Yosaku was mentioning some stuff about the seven warlords and how Arlong was so scary.

"In my opinion, if I of all the people on this boat don't know about him, then he doesn't sound all that scary? Or maybe you're just scared Yasoku"

"OFC I AM ANEGO*, he's one of the guys Johnny and I would never hunt for," he said with fake tears running, haha

"Alright, alright, does anybody else need first aid before I take a nap?"

"YOU'RE REALLY GOING TO SLEEP RIGHT NOW!!" Ghin shouted hysterically, but I just chose to ignore that

Everyone answered a different version of "no, I'm fine," so I left it at that and went to lay down at the side of the boat using my bag as a pillow

After a long while, I felt Ghin's presence sitting next to me, but I never said anything

I also smelled good food coming from the kitchen, Sanji must've been cooking lunch.

"(Y/n)-san, (Y/n)-san, are you still sleeping?" Ghin asked

"No, what is it, Ghin?"

"Did I wake you? Sorry about that. "

I was wondering why he wanted to talk bc he hadn't said anything yet.

"Oh, Sanji told me to get you for lunch,"

"Right, well, I'm assuming you didn't just come to me to tell me about lunch soooo what is it that you actually wanna tell me?"

"Wow, your perception is crazy, haha, but you're right.

...I just wanted to thank you again for accepting me into your crew and really seeing my potential, I guess it really means a lot to me"

"Hmmm" was all I had said

"Say something anything, you're making me look like a dumbass for thanking you hehe"

"Hahaha, sorry, I was just thinking about your words."

Uhm, I don't have a crew, and if I did, I'd say you're the only crew I have. Also, I'm not a part of Luffy's crew, btw

"But I'm not much of a leader type, which is why I don't have a crew in the first place, so this would mean that you'd be my very first 'first mate' you good with that Ghin?"

"Y- yeah, I'm fine with that,  I'll be happy to be of use to you" Ghin smiled "Well either way, I'm glad you'll have me as your first first mate"

Smiling off with Ghin, I went to go get the lunch that was provided for me by Sanji, who also happened to be puffing out heart smoke bubbles when he saw me and poured some wine for me

"That's how Ghin got to be my first mate," I said, smiling with pride

I was telling the newer straw hat crew member the story of how Ghin got to be my first mate

"Ah, that's riiiiight, I forgot" said Luffy

"Well you forget everything" Usopp said

"Anyways you guys do know that I have authority to arrest you all and turn you to the Navy?" the crew looked at me weird, shocked at the 180 that I just took, some of them even had their mouths gaping

I mean they pirates with bounties now, I for one would like to see how the world reacts to this little crew

"Oh my, looks like the news hasn't traveled that far I guess, not yet anyways" I paused for a moment "I was recently appointed one of the seven warlords, ...well make that 8 plus me" you smile at them, gaining different types of reactions from each member

Some looked at me shocked and some unbothered, anticlimactic

"Well I have other things to tend to yk gotta go explore the world and stuff, I hope to see this crew sometime in the future."

I didn't know how my comment was reached to the individuals on the bigger boat. I obviously didn't mean it as a threat but if it came down to it depending on the situation, I wouldn't let even luffy stop me.

Let's go, Ghin."

"Aye aye captain, hehe"

They said their farewells and if they were headed to explore the seas.

Fun times those were.
