"Aargh", I said and again pressed the snooze button of my alarm clock, and went to sleep .
"Are you ever planning to get out of the bed", my mom asked furiously.
"You are again late Lizzy".
"Mom two minutes"
I suddenly felt cold "argh", I shouted an sat up fast . And there was my mom holding an empty glass in her hand.
"Mom",I whined.
"Now get ready fast , Stephanie is going to be here any moment".
Mom drenched me in cold water in the middle of a December morning.
'Way to show your love mom' (note the sarcasm).
I took my towel and went to the bathroom to take a quick shower. After coming out I quickly wore my dark blue skinny jeans and a orange full sleeved top. I took my backpack and rushed down the stairs when i heard Stephanie's voice .
"Hey Liz", my best friend Stephanie greeted me. Stephanie has been my friend since kindergarten and we are very close and since I don't have my car , its her job to pick me up everyday.
"Hi Steph".
"So ready to start the new year at school with a bang?"
"As ready as I'll ever be."
We got in her car and started for school.
Every high school has its cliche groups: the populars aka the ones who think they rule the words, the jocks aka the ones who can put some wwe wrestlers to shame with their muscles but brains not even the size of peanuts and the good ole nerds.
And mine was no different .
