I was in my room of care home  wearing a old red zip up hoodie. And leggings "Bella. Your moms here" the manager walked in "great." I said picking up my bag and I headed downstairs

Alex's PoV

I was excited I mean I'm getting my daughter back. The woman went to get her and I waited for her and eventually she came down the stairs as I smiled. She had gotten taller and slimmer she must be about 5"6 now. The same black straight hair and she's not wearing glasses no more? Bellas PoV

I didn't know what to do I mean I haven't seen her in five years "I'm outttt" she said holding her arms open "yeah" I gave a slight smile before she got handed my file and we left. We got in the car but it was just awkward "so." I said "I have been waiting the past 5 years for pizza from that amazing deli we used to go to on James street wanna go" she said "it shut down.." I said "what?" She said shocked "owner got caught doing a teen an put in prison" I said "Jesus" she said turning on the car "I have missed driving" she said and I just stayed quiet "where are your glasses" she asked me "I kept loosing them so I got contacts" I said and we drove to our old apartment "how the fuc—- fudgeeeee do you still have this place" I said as she glared st me about to swearing "I have contacts who kept it up for us. Nothings been touched though" she said and we went up the stairs and inside "Jesus." I said as I looked at my old room nothing moved plain white walls a bed but everything was gone I'm assuming got took "I missed this place" my mom said looking around but I went in the empty vent where my mom used to stash all of her drug money "the money is still here" I said "what they got took for evidence-holy shit" my mom came up to my room as I got the bags down tossing it to her "I thought we where broke but never mind" she said but we put it back up as it's our stash and only taking a little bit.

Alex's PoV

Bella went to bed kind of early but I was bored so I invited around Nicky and we tried finding bellas socials "found it" she said "no way" I answered and we scrolled through her Instagram. A lot of partying her with boys some kissing girls at party's and boys "damn Alex she really takes after you" she said "shut up." I said as we laughed drinking the vodka "so how's you an chapman you still married " she asked me laughing "yeah I haven't seen her yet though i think ima go see her tomorow"

The next morning bellas PoV

I didn't sleep that night.it felt weird "you awake" my mom walked in on me on my phone "you have school soon get ready" she said before walking out and I rolled my eyes. I threw on a pair of jeans with a random shirt and my usual zip up hoodie and converse "hey I made breakfast" she said "I'm not hungry..." I said sitting on the couch "what you loved my blueberry pancakes" she said "when I was 10" I added as I just listened to my music with only one put into my ear and the other just dangling "okay then let's go" she said and we got into the car and she drove me to school "wow this pace is a shit tip" she said referring t my school. it was the public school and its wear all the juvie/misbehaving and foster kids go and as I was kicked out my regular one this is it "yep." I said as we carried on staring st it "what's the deal with it then why don't you go to the normal one" she asked "read my file and you will find out" I said as I got out of the car and I walked inside but this boy? He must be new but he accidentally ran into me. "Sorry" He said "it's okay.. are you new never seen you around here before" I asked him "yeah I'm dan" he said "Bella" I responded "are you in mr simons class" He asked me referring to the classroom beside us "yeah" we walked in and we sat a few seats away from each other. He sat like two rows aged of me and three seats beside me and obviously everybody was rowdy people pissing off the teacher no work got done so it was average day..

Alex's PoV

I got back home and I went into her file. It is thick but I moved to her schooling situation

"Bella has been transferred to New York county juvinial correctional high school. It is a programmed school for the rejects off the main stream schools in most case it's all kids from juvie and foster car plus the kids who have behavioural problems. In bellas case she was in foster care and got kicked out of her main school due to behavioural and mental health issues" I read out "fuck.." I said but I moved onto her behavioural reports section and it was very thick in summery

•multiple suspensions threw middle school to high school
•attitude
•fighting
•a couple assaults
•been brought back to the care home by cops a couple times
•behavioural issues
•easily distracts
•has been caught drinking and smoking marijuana

If I wouldn't have gone to prison or my heron addiction she would of fucking ended up liked this

Alex's PoV

It is lunch and Dan decided to sit by me "hey" he said "hi" I answered "so what's the deal with the place like" he asked me "well it's Juvie for high school you see the Security guards everywhere.. it's for the rejects like juvie kids foster kids and behavioural problem kids it it's apart of probation.." I asked him. He has brown eyes and dark hair what he covers with a backwards baseball hat "so what are you doing here" he asked me and I shrugged "oh so your not gonna tell me" he said "why are you here" I asked him "got into a couple fights at school an this is the only place what will take me" he said "so your a rebel" I said joking "exactly" he said "what you doin after school" he asked me "wow your straight forward, uhm nothing" I answered "come to a party with me" "I'm not sure" I said "come on it will be fun. It's not really a party it's a more of a friendly gathering with a couple beers pick u up at 6" he said "fine" I said and soon school ended where I met my mom in the car "so how was today" she asked "done nothing per usual.. can I go to this very friendly gathering later" I asked her "what do you mean by gathering" she said "I have no clue dan asked me to go with him st lunch" "dan?" She said in a werid voice "doesn't matter he's picking me up at 6 can I go" "yes you can go" she said and we soon got home. I got dressed but I didn't know what to wear. I tried a pair of low waist jeans and a crop top "that'll do" I straightened my hair and threw up some mascara and lip gloss "door!" My mom yelled and I went out to her already opening it "hi" dan said "hello there" my mom said "miss Vause" I'm guessing he said towards her "stalker" I said "well you two have him home by 12" my mom said "k" we left and we went to his truck "oh yeah they kinda think your my girlfriend" he said "what" I said "yeahhhh.you see there's a total idiot there called zach. Always hated each other and he's always showing off his girlfriend" he said "dude I met you today" I said "it's fine uhh you need to be more slutty" "excuse me?" I said "take of your shirt" he said "no are you crazy" I said "trust me it's a thing" he said and I eventually took off my shirt "just pretend it's a shirt" he said as we got out of the car and he gave me this jacket it's one of them red pladed ones with a grey hood "perfect now just follow my lead" he said "you owe me" I said "I know." We walked onto this beach where I seen a massive bonfire and a few logs where we sat down with a couple people. Everything was going good and stuff until I'm guessing zach came over to me and he tried hitting on me attempting to kiss me put dan punched him off and I mean they got in a full blown fist fight and s couple dudes had to break it up as I didn't know what to do "come on" I said as I grabbed his arm pulling him away and we ended up in some abandoned car park in the back of his truck with a blanket "that was zach" then I said "yeah" he responded "so you finally gonna tell me what your doing at juvie high what's your story " he said and I thought about it before I answered "my mom was a heroin addict... she stopped for a while but her st the time girlfriend got out up to smuggle drugs through a airport and they got caught. My mom went to prison for 5 years so I got put into care where I saw some stuff and I had behavioural issues as they said and I got kicked out my last school" I answered "shit" he said "yeah it's fine though and as you met my mom she's clean and got out yesterday" I said resting my head back "what time is it" I asked him as my phone died "it' 2 weren't you supposed to be home two hours ago" he said "yeah" I said "you wanna go" he said "not really. It's better here then just walking around in awkwardness at home" I said but it was getting late. "We have school in like 5 hours so ima have to go home"

He dropped me off and I tried to sneak in "2 hours late" my mom said appearing out of nowhere "yep" I answered "not even a sorry mom and it'll never happen again" she said laughing "my sincere apology's" I said sarcastically before going to my room am I saw her roll her eyes

The next morning
"When you gonna stop being a bitch" my mom said as I walked out of my room "when you gonna stop doing drugs" I said turning on the tv "funny" she said looking back down at her phone
