During their rest time from studying, Avery and Van felt the happiness and peace of being together. They walked along the seemingly endless shoreline as the deep blue sea waved at them. The sound of the waves reflected their joy and unity.

But as the following weeks approached, the challenges of their profession as medical students arrived. They were accepted into an intern program at a large hospital, which meant they would be working in different areas and with different patients.

On their last night together before their separation, Avery and Van sat in a small café. They looked at each other, unsure how to articulate the thoughts enveloping their minds.

"Van," Avery said, holding her coffee cup, "I'm nervous about the coming months. I don't know how I'll manage alone and with the cases of the patients. I'm afraid of being away from you."

Van noticed the fear in Avery's eyes. He placed his hand on her cheek and smiled lovingly. "I love you, Avery. We will surpass this. Every day we're not together, we'll trust each other and provide support. We'll continue to succeed as partners in medicine, and more than that, as lovers."

Van's words sank into Avery's heart, giving her strength and confidence. Despite the heavy challenges ahead, they began to accept them as opportunities to prove themselves and make a difference in the lives of the patients in need.

The first day of their internship proved to be a test of their patience and skills. They each dived into cases of numerous patients with different illnesses and conditions. During their shifts, they applied their collaborative method, working together to provide effective and quality care.

Weeks and months passed as they worked as interns. They continued to trust each other, offering support and smiles through the hardships. With every difficulty they faced, their love as partners and lovers grew stronger.

But on one occasion, in the midst of their work, one of Avery's patients unexpectedly became critical. Sirens blared and doctors and nurses rushed around. Avery couldn't hide the fear she felt as she prepared for an emergency surgery.

Van saw the fear and worry in Avery's eyes. He quickly approached her and held her hands. "Don't worry, my love. I'm here for you. We will triumph in this battle."

Avery's fear subsided with those words. She nodded and held Van's hands tightly. She felt a surge of strength that started in her chest and spread throughout her body.

Behind the doors of the operating room, they strategized with their team and performed the surgery. In the midst of the chaos, Avery saw Van's trust and skill. She remembered all the support he had given her and every step they had taken together.

After a long time, the surgery continued and they succeeded together. In their eyes, happiness, triumph, and trust were reflected.

In the following weeks and months, they continued to work as interns in the hospital. With each case, they continued to trust each other and provide support. They supported every step they took and continued to learn and improve.

The story of Avery and Van, which began as two students falling in love, continued to expand and strengthen. In the battle of the medical profession, they learned that shared success held great value. They continued their journey towards their dreams and goals, not just for themselves, but also for the patients they served.

In the next chapter, Avery and Van will experience the triumphs and hardships brought by their roles as doctors. Challenges that will solidify their resilience as they continue to prepare for the goals and dreams of their future.
