Ok, this is based on an idea I had way before I found out about DnD so I may make it a story let's start with this description.

3 Evil Dragons awaken with their cult wanti...
It was currently night in the middle of the Desert Town which was completely lit up with hundreds of lanterns and lights, streamers and hundreds of differently colored flags, people were cheering and dancing all throughout the streets.
We see a stage as a massive pillar of ice rises from it while the crowd cheered, suddenly a thin, focused, constant stream of fire emerged from the right and expertly created an ice sculpture of a dragon, the people cheer at the sight of the dragon "Do you people want more!?" a female voice shouted and in response the audience cheered louder, all of a sudden the dragon began to move and fly around, the crowd awed at the moving ice sculpture as it used its breath attack and created a tall wall of ice that blocked the view of the stage and all of a sudden the ice wall melts instantly creating a large cloud of steam obscuring the stage, the only thing that could be seen through the smoke was three silhouettes with...six eyes glowing through the smoke? Then the smoke blew away as the crowd covered their eyes, and once the wind subsided the crowd cheered as the dragon made of ice is seen standing next to a Dragonborn and a dragon made of fire standing to their left, but what caught everyone's attention the entire show was the Sorcerer doing the show who was a Dragonborn with two heads and holding an ornate orb of ice in her right hand and a flaming ball in her left hand

(Now from now on when ever hands are involved just remember Cyra's is the left hand and Lumi is the right hand. I will also be addressing them as a single person unless stated so)
the Dragonborn bowed before leaving the stage "Haha! I knew this was a good spot to top by! You killed it out there you two!" said a 3-foot tall Kobold in fancy looking clothes as he counted coins from a pouch he was holding "here's your cut" he gave a bag of coins to the white dragon's hand and another to the red "pleasure doing business with you two!" the Kobold said as he left leaving the two dragons to grin as they opened their bags with one hand and once they peer into the pouches and see multiple copper and silver coins but the two of them were very much pissed off "This is only a quarter of what he owed us!!" the white dragon head said "yeah same here!" the red dragon said "That cheap fuck!" with her keens eyes the red dragon head was able to spot the Kobold running through the crowd and pointed at the Kobold "There he is Lumi!" red dragon said as Lumi spotted him "Got it!" the two attached the pouches onto their hips as Lumi made an ice pillar below them then made a small ice platform "Fire Cyra!" the red dragon smirked upon hearing her name and pointed her hand behind her before firing a concentrated blast of fire acting like a rocket and and instantly speeding forward and as they flew forward Lumi constantly created an ice bridge as to not fall into the crowd but as they did so the crowd was cheering thinking it was another show.
