Latching On

Chapter 1

Elena's POV

"Elena! Wake up!" I heard my brother Cameron scream. I slowly opened my eyes to Cam's voice. I groaned, still very sleepy and replied "Coming!" I shouted back. Seriously, my brother can be so annoying sometime but I love him. But right now, I hate him cuz it's 7 am! I rolled off my bed lazily and dragged myself to my bathroom, I took a quick shower, then washed myself my face with my favorite face scrub then walked to my dresser and picked some clothes , then straightened my hair, then tied my hair into a high ponytail. I grabbed my favorite beanie before going out of my room.

I saw my brother in the kitchen eating breakfast. "Hey Cam." I said while giving him a big hug.

"Sup little sister?" He asked. "Sleepy" I groaned, he chuckled quietly while he ate cereal. "So what time are we leaving?" I broke the silence.

I was going to Magcon with him and I was really excited. I used to live in France with my mom, I lived there for like 14 years after my dad left. Then my mom remarried with Cam's dad and we moved to the States. Now, I live with Cam, cuz our parents think 'we have the age'. Btw, I'm half french and I speak it fluently. "Were leaving in like an hour." he replied. "Wow already?" i said shocked. "Yeah I-" "Oh my god, I cut him off, today makes one year we've been living together!" I said jumping up and down in my seat. He then had a big ear to ear grin. "OMG, we need to celebrate!" he screamed in a girly voice. I laughed and held up my phone to take a picture of both of us. "But first let me take a selfie!" He laughed and said "We fab bae!" We each took pics on each others phones. I posted mine with the caption:

'One year celebration of being housemates with this crazy Dallas'

Cam posted his with the caption:

'We cool like dat #1yearwiththiscrazyweirdo'

We kept talking until he said "The tour bus should be here in like 10 min, you have everything?" I replied "Yeah, let me just get my suitcase."

I got my suitcase and Cam and I walked out of the house while calling our mom, telling her that we were leaving soon. I looked up and saw Cam texting someone on his phone, i'm guessing one of the guys that go on tour with him. Cam spoke up and said "Watch out for Taylor" I raised my eyebrows, not understanding. "He's a big flirt" Cam continued. "Oh" I chuckled.

Finally the tour bus arrived. We stepped inside and I said "Holy shit!" The tour bus was amazing! I was truly impressed. Then, I saw around like 10 guys smiling and staring at me. I looked down shyly. Cam spoke up "Hey guys, this is my little sister Elena. "
