Latching On

Chapter 4

Cameron's POV

After finishing our food, we decided to head back to the hotel because Bart might kill us. I quickly texted him telling him where we were and that we would be back soon. He quickly replied telling us to be back soon because it was getting late.

" Hey guys, i yelled, we should go back to the hotel, Bart's gonna get mad." I said. All the guys stood up and we exited the restaurant and we started walking down the street. I walked next to Nash and talked about stupid things. I looked around trying to find my sister, yeah I can be protective, I saw that she was walking behind us talking to Carter and Mahogany. I sighed in relied when Nash said " We need to film a vine!" I looked over my shoulder and saw Elena and Mahogany talking selfies on her phone and Hayes trying to get in the photo. I rolled my eyes and Nash handed me his phone telling me to film whatever he was gonna do. I watched as he walked up to a random stranger and screamed in their ear " DO YOU LIKE PEANUT BUTTER!!" I erupted in laughter while filming the vine. He ran back to me and I handed him his phone as I said how stupid he was. I looked in front of us and saw Carter and Hayes standing in front of Elena's camera . " Wait for us!" I screamed. Her head turned to my direction and screamed back " Get in!" Nash and I ran towards their direction and stood next to Carter and Hayes and posed for the photo. Elena quickly took and we rushed over to her to see the picture. It was really cool. Sometimes, i think why can't she just be a photographer. We all asked her to send it to us. After our 'little photoshoot' we all ran to the hotel as fast as possible. We arrived at the lobby being careful not to be spotted by Bart. We rushed to the elevator and ran to our rooms. Mahogany, Hayes, Elena, Matt and I ran to the beds dropping our bags on the floor. I watched as Matt said " I call the bed by the window!" But before he could lie down on his bed, someone jumped on his bed. Of course, Elena. I rolled my eyes. "Nope, this one's mine!" She said. Matt and Elena continued arguing until I screamed, slightly laughing " Why don't you two just share the bed!" I said as I heard Hayes burst into laughter. Matt and Elena stared at each other and Matt wiggled his eyebrows while laughing and Elena totally understanding what we were thinking " Ewww, Mattyy germs!" She leaped off the bed and Matt started chasing her around the room. I looked back at Mahogany and Hayes who were laughing at the situation. After minutes of chasing each other, Matt finally gave in and sat down on the bed next to mine and pouted while Elena made fun of him. Soon, the door opened and Taylor, the Jacks, Nash and Carter came in and asked "Can we hang in here for a while? Your room is the biggest." We all nodded and Jack J. said we should watch a movie and went to get some popcorn. 

"Ask Elena, she has a tons of movies on her laptop." I motioned to my sister who was already opening her laptop. 

"You guys chose one, i'm gonna change into pajamas." She said and left to the bathroom. We all went to her laptop and started scrolling through her movie files. She had so much it was hard to chose. She had really good taste in movies.  

Elena's POV

I went to the bathroom as they looked for a movie on my laptop. I washed away the makeup on my face and looked through my suitcase for something comfy to wear to sleep. I settled on my favorite onesie and slipped it on. I braided my hair and tied it in a bun because I wanted to have my hair wavy for the first day of magcon tomorrow. I walked out of the bathroom and saw that they started a movie already and Jack J. came back with the popcorn. "What are we watching?" I asked. Nash and Matt looked up and smiled at my appearance. I blushed and l looked down, disappointed that I didn't have my hair to cover it up. The boys just grinned bigger. 

"Paranormal Activity 2" they said in chorus.

"Yayy, i love horror movies!" I said while turning off the lights. That earned a squeal from Mahogany who was clinging onto Carter. We all laughed and watched the movie. I lied down next to Nash who was lying down on my bed.

"Heyy Nash." I whispered.

"Hey yo, i like your onesie." He said, smiling.

"Why thank you." I said in a british accent. He laughed.

In the middle of the movie  I felt eyes on me. I turned to see Nash staring at me. 

"What?" I whispered, laughing quietly.

I snapped him out and he said "Umm.. Nothing" he turned his head back and continued watching the movie. Weird. I thought. After another 20 min of watching the movie, everyone fell asleep. I turned off my laptop and slid under the covers. I realized that I was next to Nash. I smiled because after a horror movie it's nice to had someone to sleep next to. I laughed at myself. But one thought still hasn't slipped from my mind. I slowly fell asleep thinking. Why was Nash staring at me? 

Matt's POV

I thought that Elena looked really cute in her onesie and it suited her. In the middle of the movie, i looked back at Elena for the millionth time tonight and saw that Nash was staring at her. 

What. 

Then they started whispering something to each other and Elena was laughing. I tried not to cringe. Wait, Matt you can't be jealous, you've only known her for a day.
