Chapter 1:The Big Surprise

Rita's POV

I felt tired from work and I decided to rest in my bedroom, it was a chaotic day for me after all. I had deal with worse things than this. I felt like I am having a headache, my legs are numb along with my whole body. I was about to go to sleep until the annoying core showed up banging at my door. I fell off my bed, dropped myself on the ground. I stand up, dragging my whole body to the door. Part of me want to ignore it, but the other part of me tell me to do it and fast before he gets quirky. "Rita! Rita? Are you home? I need to talk with you about something!" Yelled the annoying Core. I opened the door for blue eye core then looked at him tired. "It better be important Wheatley, because I was just about to sleep for a thousands years." I said to him sarcastically. He looked at me with shock. "Wait, wait! Don't sleep now!" Yelled Wheatley. I place the palm of hand on my face and felt more annoyed than before. "It's just figure of speech, Metal ball..." I yawned tired. Wheatley was holding something behind him, he looked at me with adorable expression that he always does it to me. "What with the adorable kawaii expression?" I asked him, but I can't help but adore him with a smile on my face, he might be having a surprise for me.  "Remember that you worked really hard for everything you do? All that hard work you did for everyone? Well, there's one thing that I have done for you." He said as he showed me a pair of tickets to see my favorite band, Gorillaz. I screamed happily on the top of my lungs then I grabbed Wheatley and hugged him tightly with a smile bigger than Jeff The Killer. "Thank you so much, Wheatley!!!" I yelled with joy in my heart. I put him back on his management rail as I started to pack up my things. I felt overjoyed from Wheatley surprise, after the chaotic things he did to Aperture and here in Herorisers Headquarters. I forgive his every mistake he did, even the biggest one of all. He betrayed me in Aperture when he took over the whole factitly, tries to kill me in the test chambers that he made by himself. Although those were GLaDOS test, but he didn't want to embarass himself in front of me and GLaDOS. That was from the past that supposed to be bury, but I still dig up the memories of those good days. I packed up everything I needed to get ready for my trip to UK with Wheatley. I put on my jacket, my messager bag, and my backpack. I headed to The Research Area to get Wheatley, but I heard his screaming inside the building. I rushed inside then I saw Zoey, my best friend, was doing transferring Wheatley core body transfer to an android human body. She removed her goggles then unplugged Wheatley connection from his neck. "That bloody hurts me! Zoey, for all the experiments with everything you have did. This is the worst pain ever!" Yelled the Humanoid Android. Zoey look at him with a temperamental expression, meaning that she's going to burn him at any moment. He backup from Zoey, he didn't want her to exploded like a firework. "Why did you turn Wheatley into a human being?" I asked her with curiosity. "Well, it's that he needed a upgrade on mobility and to keep you in track. I know Wheatley got lost easily for a few times." Answered the Blazebat. I looked at him, he resemble like my favorite singer, but without his two dent eyes, even his hair style is like his with the matching blue color. Wheatley was tall, same height as 2D. His skin was more lighter than his. He looked exactly like him, but without his two dent eyes. I thank Zoey for the help, upgrading Wheatley. A few moments later, Wheatley and I headed to Britain. I can tell that he felt more home than Aperture. It's a vacation day for the both of us  to enjoy. After we got out from the plane, we grabbed our packages then headed to a hotel. He looked overjoyed to be in here, his dreams are finally starting to come true. I looked at him with a smile on my face, he felt comfortable in Britain with me. I unpacked my things when I got in the room. I told him that we're staying in Britain for a month. "This is amazing! I can't believe that we're in the United Kingdom! It's bloody fantastic, back in Aperture they told me that I can't travel to here but they're wrong!" Yelled Wheatley. As I listen to his talking all day during the first day, well I can't blame his excellent for bringing him here with me to Britain. I lay down on the bed, feeling everything from my head to my sore body. I closed my eyes and sleep for the whole day.
