Ever scenes Bijou Koseki was a little girl she had always dreamed of becoming an idol in the big city. Growing up in a small town her parents were always happy to see their little girl put on small performances. However, over time her dear father was hospitalized due to health issues. It was then that Bijou promised her family that she would become famous not just for herself but to try and save her father.
After graduating highschool, Bijou saved up her money from different part time jobs and moved to the city. She believed that if she could make it big, she would be able to earn enough money to help support her sick father. But unfortunately, her dreams were shattered as she was rejected multiple times by various talent agencies.
With her hopes and dreams were slowly getting crushed, Bijou didn't want to give up. She decided to take up a full time job and try her best at later audition. Bijou managed to secure a job at a cutesy and colorful animal themed cafe called The Pink Lemon Cafe. The cafe was known for its cute and vibrant atmosphere, attracting both anime and animal enthusiasts, as well as the casual visitors alike.
On her daily bus ride to the cafe, Bijou couldn't help but sigh as she had just read a message from the latest idol agency. Informing her that she did not pass their audition. This was the third time this month that Bijou did not pass auditions for becoming an idol. Just then she received a mew message from the cafe's manager reminding everyone to do their best for the cafe's 4th year anniversary.
Today marked the cafe's 4th year of being open for business and as one of the servers in the cafe, Bijou has to be on her best behavior and bring in as many customers as possible. This was Bijou's moment to put her idol practice to good use, in preparation for the anniversary Bijou asked if she could participate in karaoke. With her boss's ok, Bijou was fully prepared for the full day and the cafe's after party.
As she entered the cafe, she could already see her fellow employees rushing about getting everything ready. "Good morning everyone." Bijou greeted. Everyone replied with their own good morning as they continued with the prep work. Just before Bijou walked to the employee room, she was stopped by the cafe's manager Ceres Fauna.
"Oh Bijou, just in time I want to apologize, the costume that you picked out was damaged when we opened them. B-But don't worry, I was able to find something cute for you to wear that will still fit in with the theme of today." Fauna said as she felt bad for her newest employee. Bijou nods in understanding her boss's worries, today's theme was a public vote from past customers. A lot of votes gave the win to a wonderland theme for the cafe's anniversary.
Bijou was able to get the possibly of dressing up as the queen of hearts. But, Bijou couldn't help but feel that this day was not going to be easy for her. First the new about her audition and now her costume. Bijou opens up her locker and saw a small but cute dress. It gave off a more "Alice" theme, a light blue dress with a white apron. After getting the dress on the the notices a note and a pair of bunny ears.

Bijou smiles at the caring note from her boss. Fauna has always been a good manager and leader of Pink Lemon. Along with the other employees Bae, Mumei, Zeta, Gura, and yes even Kaela. Kaela and Bijou probably had the most odd relationship out of the rest of the cafe. Kaela would always find ways to pick on Bijou. Whether it was by teasing Bijou about her size or pulling pranks on her.
But despite all the teasing, Bijou couldn't have asked for a better environment to work at. With everything ready, the cafe was now ready to open. The first couple of hours were to be expected to be on the slow side. But when 1 o'clock rolled up, everyone was busy. That was to say everyone but Bijou. At Pink Lemon Cafe, a customer is allowed to pick and choose their server they want as well as pay for commemorative photo.
