Secret Romance (IM5 Colton)

Chapter 8.

*Saturday, September 15th 2012*

*Cole*

I woke up on Dalton's bed and immediately started regretting what I said yesterday about telling the fans. Dalton woke up a little while after me and I just looked at him.

Dalton: "You're regretting it, aren't you?"

Cole: "A little."

Dalton: "I know it's scary Cole, but it has to be done. If we want to be together in public, or go on dates and things like that, then they have to know."

Cole: "I know."

Dalton: "Should we do it now or later?"

Cole: "Now because otherwise I'll change my mind."

He nodded and we got out of bed. We made ourselves look a little bit more presentable and then I posted a tweet.

'@coleIM5: Hey 5ers, @DaltonIM5 and I are doing our own little ustream because we have some important news to tell you. 10 minutes!'

I put my phone down and then set up my laptop. We went onto the band ustream page and then Dalton grabbed my hand. I laced our fingers together and then we just waited for the 10 minutes to be up.

We started the ustream when the time came and saw that we already had 200 viewers.

Dalton: "Hey guys!"

Cole: "We're going to tell you the news when we hit 500 viewers, okay?"

We watched the view count get higher and just read some of the questions.

The view count hit 500 about 10 minutes into the ustream and I started freaking out.

Dalton: "Looks like we're at 500 now. So, 5ers, Cole and I have some big news that we thought we should share with you..."

I watched the comments roll in and most of them were asking if we were okay.

Dalton: "We're okay, don't worry."

Cole: "So, when we were filming Zero Gravity, I felt different feelings towards Dalton... I didn't know what those feelings meant at first but then I realized that..."

I think Dalton knew I was having trouble because he squeezed my hand and talked instead.

Dalton: "So, we're gay and we're dating now."

I looked away from the screen so I couldn't see the comments. Dalton turned my head back and made me look at them. All of the ones I could see were really positive. Dalton leaned over and whispered in my ear.

Dalton: "I told you it would be fine."

Cole: "Yeah."

He gave me a quick kiss and I smiled. I looked back at the screen and saw all the fans freaking out. Most of them were like 'OMG A COLTON KISS!' and then they are were calling us cute.

Cole: "I'm so glad that you guys know now."

Dalton: "Me too, it's been hard keeping it a secret."

Cole: "So, we should probably go now, but we'll talk to you later."

Dalton: "Bye guys!"

I ended the ustream and breathed a sigh of relief. I saw my phone lighting up with Twitter mentions. I checked one of them and it was a picture of Dalton and I kissing on the ustream with the caption 'COLE AND DALTON KISSED AND OH MY GOD IT WAS THE CUTEST THING! #Coltonisreal'. I checked the trending section and #Coltonisreal was the 2nd highest.
