Quackity woke up at 4 a.m., and he couldn't fall back asleep. He decided to lay in bed and scroll through TikTok and Twitter out of boredom. While scrolling through Twitter, he came across a tweet about his weight gain. This didn't bother Quackity as he didn't care about such negative posts. He continued scrolling, catching up on the latest news. Eventually, he got bored and decided to have some leftover food. Despite feeling exhausted, he pushed himself to get up and grab something to eat.

After getting something to eat, Quackity went back to sleep, waking up a little later than he wanted to. He had planned to do a mukbang stream for a while now, and his fans were also eagerly waiting for him to do it. He was planning on trying some food from other countries, so he ordered Asian, Hispanic, and American food to compare the three. He was very excited to try new food and posted a pic of all the food he ordered to his Instagram account and also tweeted, "Can't wait for tonight's stream!" With the same picture of his food.

After a while It was finally time for Quackity to start his stream. He began preparing everything and set up his "starting soon" screen. After making sure that everything was set up correctly, he switched on the camera and greeted his audience, saying, "Hey everyone, I'm back! Today, I've got some amazing food for our long-awaited mukbang!"

During the stream, Quackity noticed that some people in his chat were calling him "Gordo" or "fat," but he ignored it. About 30 minutes before the stream ended, he turned on donations to chat with his fans. He was laughing and answering their questions.

But then another donation came in, saying, "My favorite graso, I missed chunges quackity." He tried to brush it off and keep streaming, but the chat started spamming "graso, " and some defended him.

Quackity asked, "Why y'all spamming 'fatty'? Haha, am I that fat?" He acted like it didn't bother him, but the chat had mixed replies like "yes, no, chat stop, why y'all mean, you're not fat," and some Spanish comments. The chat got toxic with different responses.

After a while, and as the chat started to cool down, Quackity made the decision to end the stream. He had already been streaming for a while and was feeling exhausted. Quackity told his viewers goodbye and wrapped up the stream. Since he hadn't showered the whole day, and had planned to take a shower after the stream. He walked into his room, grabbed a towel, and grabbed some comfortable sweatpants with a plain white t-shirt.

As he stood in the shower, the thoughts from his chat started to occupy his mind. He couldn't help but wonder why they were saying those things to him. He was aware that he had put on some weight, but he didn't realize it was that noticeable. Maybe he did need to focus on losing weight. He hadn't been paying much attention to his diet, mostly eating junk food and relying on food delivery like DoorDash. He started to notice little habits about himself, like eating more than three times a day, spending money on unhealthy food, and eating out of boredom when he had nothing else to do.

It was a moment of self-reflection for Quackity, realizing that he needed to make some changes to his body and get healthier.

Quackity initially began his weight loss journey with a calorie deficit diet of 1600 calories per day. However, as time passed and he didn't see much progress, he decided to lower his calorie intake even further. Starting at 1600 calories, he gradually reduced it to 600 calories and eventually to 300 calories. Surprisingly, the more he decreased his diet, the more progress he noticed and the happier he became. Alongside his diet, Quackity incorporated various exercises such as running, biking, and occasional gym sessions. After a month of dedication, he successfully shed 13 pounds. Although it was an achievement, Quackity felt that it wasn't enough considering his initial weight was close to obesity.

to accelerate his weight loss, he decided to incorporate intermittent fasting once a week. However, fasting proved to be challenging for him as he occasionally succumbed to temptation and ate something, which discouraged him from continuing.

Quackity was trying his best to balance his weight loss journey with his streaming commitments. However, as he reflected on the situation, he began questioning whether changing his appearance for others was worth the challenges and emotional toll it was taking on him. Despite his doubts, he decided to take a break from his strict diet and started eating normally again. Unfortunately, after just a week, he noticed a small weight gain of 2 pounds. This unexpected setback hit him hard, and he couldn't help but break down in tears.

It was particularly difficult for him when he ordered food from Wendy's and ended up consuming the entire meal in a short amount of time. The speed at which he ate made him feel disappointed and frustrated with himself. In that vulnerable moment, the thought of purging crossed his mind, although he ultimately chose not to pursue it. Nevertheless, the idea lingered in his thoughts.

Feeling a pang of guilt, Quackity decided to dispose of the remaining food waste, regretting his choice to order and consume it. he made the decision to retreat back to the comfort of his bed, yearning to escape the stress and worry that food often brought him. It made him feel as though he were a fussy child. This feeling of being overly selective and particular about his meals was something he despised, he wanted for a more carefree and relaxed approach to eating. But if he wanted to be skinny, he would have to stop these thoughts of eating.
