14) THE I.M.P. HUNT

Suddenly, the hellhound lunged fiercely at Loris, revealing her large, razor sharp jaws, and Loris, screaming in terror, rolled onto his side and stood up hastily as the demon girl tried to lash clawed hands at his face.

Loris: "W-What the hell are you?" he asked terrified and ran out of there.

She ignored his question and ran like a velociraptor to her capture, and she was very fast. Loris ran as fast as he could and with uncontrolled breathing, entered a classroom to look for something to fight her and defend himself.

In a panic, Loris found a light plastic baseball bat near the desk, perhaps because some students had stolen it from the gym that morning. The anthropomorphic hellhound unexpectedly smashed through a wall in front of Loris, and she lunged with two clawed hands to slice at him, but Loris, in his agitation, hit her in the face.

She fell to the ground from the stun and Loris escaped to the second floor. But, as soon as Loris came out of the classroom, Loona went through the smashed wall and grabbed him by the neck. Lifting him off the ground, Loona analyzed him with hatred as Loris tried to free himself, only to be thrown into another classroom against desks.

On impact, the desks fell violently to the ground and Loris screamed in pain, but as soon as he saw Loona coming toward him with murderous intentions, he got back up and tried to lose her among some desks.

Loris: "Please! I-I don't want to h-hurt you! Can we talk about it first?" he asked in a trembling, desperate voice as he ran around desks to avoid her.

Loona toppled, kicked and threw desks and chairs against the walls to scare him, saying:

Loona: "Words will not help you live! The law that reigns here is prey or predator, so... I WILL KILL YOU!" she shouted furiously, throwing a chair next to him.

At one point, Loona, like a bulldozer, got rid of the desks from her path and managed to claw Loris'S back as the student desperately tried to escape. Loris fell to the ground howling in pain, and Loona grabbed him by one arm to pick him up to punch him in the face, but before it could land a blow, Loris violently struck Loona's snout with a sharp blow from a baseball bat.

Loona growled in pain as she held her pained snout with two hands, and Loris hit her back on the head, then pushed her with all his strength between the fallen desks, thus gaining the opportunity to escape from the classroom. Running through the corridors, looking for a hiding place, a door opened violently and struck Loris full force, who fell backwards with a bloody nose.

Another demon, precisely a female imp with a giant axe in her hand, walked out of the classroom with a mischievous grin.

Millie: "Where do you think you're running to?" she asked sarcastically ready to cut off his limbs.

Loris: "Oh shit!" he exclaimed in fear and pain as he got up to flee.

Millie tried to chop off his arm, while Loris managed to dodge the axe by a whisker, then Millie retaliated, but aiming for his head, and Loris, trying to turn to escape, was cut lightly at the shoulder with a deep gash. Loris screamed in pain and ran away holding his left shoulder, while Millie chased after him to end his suffering.

Loris, pursued by Millie, went to the ground floor to get out of the school and call for help, but as soon as he reached the main lobby, a bluish portal opened a few feet from him, from where Blitz emerged armed with his trusty cannon gun.

Loris gasped in fear and Blitz shot at him, but missed and the bullet accidentally headed toward Millie, but she defended herself with her big axe.

Millie: "BLITZ! NOT ME! HIM!" she exclaimed furiously.

Blitz: "IT'S TOO AGILE! WHAT CAN I DO ABOUT IT?!" he exclaimed angrily and irritatedly reloading his cannon gun.

Meanwhile, Loris managed to get out of school, and once the glass doors were closed, Millie threw the giant axe with frantic intent to stop him, but it stuck on the transparent surface of the main entrance.

Loris gasped in agitation and fell backward again as soon as he heard the giant axe sticking in the door, accompanied by a sharp cracking sound, however, he had managed to survive. The student gasped for breath and staggered back up, and as Millie stared at him wrathfully on the other side of the door, he ran to lock it inside.

Loris looked at her with his heart in his throat; he understood that the Immediate Murder Professionals were after him, but for what reason? What had he done wrong?

Loris: "Listen, I am innocent, why are you trying to kill me? I want to help you instead!" he exclaimed desperately.

Millie did not respond and continued to stare at him with hatred, but behind Loris's back another figure reached him.

Moxxie: "Because you plan to cause a revolution!" he exclaimed with hatred and seriousness.

Loris turned petrified and saw a demon similar to Millie, but male with a shotgun in his hand.

Loris: "No... Hey! Stop where you are! What are you talking about?" he asked trembling and terrified.

Moxxie: "You know exactly more than we do!!! Come on, how would you prefer to die? Slow and painful or quick and painless?" he asked sarcastically and pointed his shotgun at him.

Loris: "Don't joke! Ethan wants to kill you and I want to stop him, I want to help you! I don't want to create a revolution! Please, let's talk about it!" he exclaimed waving in tears.

Suddenly, Loona broke through the glass door behind him and pinned Loris to the ground with two clawed hands wrapped around his neck.

Loona pressured Loris's body with her legs to keep him from escaping, and he wept with anxiety, unable to even look at Loona's fierce face with a nose dripping with black blood. Loona growled a millimeter away from his face and, drooling saliva, told him:

Loona: "Now I'm going to teach you a lesson for what you did to me, little boy!" she exclaimed irritably and sarcastically, ready to bite his face off.

Loris: "I didn't... wanted to!" he said in a choked voice as he tried to push Loona's arms away.

Loona: "How pathetic you are!" she exclaimed furiously, tightening her grip on Loris's neck.

But before the inevitable fate could befall the poor student, an arcane force teleported Loris inside the school, exactly into the small atrium on the second floor.
