𝐂𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞

"You remember this, but can you remember anything else?" He asked. "Only this and your name" I replied. "So this will work. You just need to see things to remember" He said. "Yes but I saw you and I still didn't remember. And I also didn't remember anything about the dress until I touched it." "True, how about you go back to the Academy and we can figure things out soon" Five suggested. "Okay then" I said as we both left the store and said goodbye to eachother and then we walked different ways.

I opened the front door to the Academy and noticed Ben was there. "Valerie, where were you?" Ben asked. "I went to see the old man and his dog and then went out for a walk. Why do you ask?" "Because you have been gone for hours, you couldn't have seen the dog and gone for a walk for that long" He scoffs. "I fell asleep on a bench Ben. It's fine" I said as I went to walk away but felt him grip onto my arm. "I know that you are lying Valerie." He replied. "I'm not Ben. Your such a dick, did you know that." I responded as I managed to get my arm away from him and walk upstairs to my room.

I can"t help but think what we were like, me and Five. We're we inlove with one another, we're we toxic, or we're we just like a normal couple. I was getting pretty tired and decided to get into my Pajamas and lay down. I hope that tomorrow is a good day.

I woke up to Fei calling my name. "Morning Valerie, breakfast will he ready so get dressed. And do not be long" She said. I got up and went for breakfast. Jayme saved me a seat and handed me a plate. She then told me that they captured the big guy from the Umbrella Academy while he was out for a run. And without a warning he looked at all of us with a broom in his hand.

"Ah, there he is. Please, join us. It's okay. Nobody's gonna hurt you." Ben Smirks. "Smoothie?" Sloane asked. "Oh. Yeah, thanks." He replied. "You must be starving." Fei Says. " I probably shouldn't. Is that cashew butter?" "Cashew butter, almond butter, sunflower butter, tahini, Brazil nut." Sloane Smiles. "Wow. You know what? Now that you mention it, I am feeling a little bit, uh, peckish, actually." The man chuckled. "Help yourself." "So, we know you're Number One, but we haven't been formally introduced yet. I'm Ben, Number Two." Ben Said. :It is so good to see you again, buddy." He said as he chuckles. "Why does everyone keep looking at me like that?" Ben asks. "Because you've been dead for 15 years." He replies. "Dead? What do you mean, dead?" The whole room was silent. We all were waiting for the man to say something. "Kind of a long story." He smiles. "Anyway, I'm Fei, Number Three." Alphonso, cuatro." "Sloane Five. Hey." "I'm Jayme, Six." "And that's Christopher, of course. Number Seven."

( Christopher speaks )

"Oh, don't mind him. He's in a bit of a saucy mood today." Ben Said.

( Sparrows chuckling )
"And I'm Valerie, Number Eight" I Said as he looked at me and chuckles like he did for Ben. "Yes I know you too. I hope you can remember me again" He Says as he continued to stuff his face with food. "Wait, uh, what about, um, Number One?" He asks "What about him? Where is he?" "That's what we'd like to know." Ben scoffs" "Are we playing a game?" "Whatever game the Umbrellas are playing, you're gonna lose! You took our Number One, so we took you." "Wait, we took Marcus?" He says with a very confused look on his face.Why would we do that?" "Act of war? Death wish? The last time we saw him, he was with your sister." "Which one?" "The little one with the big powers." "Vanya? Well, I gotta say, it does not sound like Vanya to go and kidnap anybody. You know, having said that, I am usually the last to know about these kinda things." "You're their Number One. Shouldn't you know everything?" "I know. You'd think so, Ben. Discipline has never really been our strong suit. It's pretty much a free-for-all over there. ( chuckles ) So, listen. This sounds like an easy fix. I'll head back. I mean, my family's probably worried sick about me, to be honest. And if they have your guy, I'll send him back without a scratch. All right? No harm, no foul. How's that sound? Good? Great." The man said as he tried to stand up but was stopped by Ben.

"What's the rush? Stick around till Marcus is back." Ben Sighs.

( Christopher speaks menacingly )

"My family will come for me." He Says. "Wonderful. In the meantime, make yourself at home. Oh, and, uh... before I forget, if you try to escape, Fei's birds will peck your eyes out and make a nest inside your skull." Ben Said as Everybody gets up and leaves. I was the last one out so I was still able to hear a little bit before I did eventually leave. "So, what do you like to do for fun?" Sloane asked. But then I couldn't hear a thing.

Afterwards me, Jayme and Alphonso went to the store. "Girls, get me munchies." Alphonso Said as me and Jayme went to a different aisle then him. Jayme opened up a bag full of candy and started eating them. She offers me some and of course I say yes. The store clerk comes over and clears his throat to get out attention. But jayme hisses at him and he soon enough leaves us alone. I started to look for what Alphonso likes but then me and Jayme noticed that he was fighting the idiot who I ran into in the hotel yesterday. We both go over there and see him with some kid. Jayme spits his powers at him but the kid blocks it with a pan. She tries again but they dodge it but then they immediately started to throw cans of food at us. Alphonso was already on the floor and one of them hit Jayme in the face causing her to fall to the floor. I quickly kneeled down next to her to check if she was alright. "Jayme! Are you alright" "Yeah, Where did they go?" Jayme said as we both turned around and saw that they both were gone. "Shit!"
