It was a nice day just woke up a bit late today but oh well I must have needed it I thought to myself then I go to look at my phone I had a text from Liam!

"Hey can you come help me and Harry write today from 12?"

"Hey Liam so sorry I just got up now!I will be there by 12:30"

"Lazy!ok see you in an hour"

So I had to get up and get ready so I can stop where the McDonald's and Starbucks is that my fav part of the drive there

I brushed my hair and teeth put my hair in a messy bun and made my way to my clothes all nice and clean I picked out my black Nike pro shorts and my brown crop top I love so much and put a pair of white Nike socks and white air forces on and made my way to my vape shop as I call it it's just a bit in my room with all the vapes that are not open yet!

I got some lost Mary's today! I picked out watermelon ice,strawberry kiwi and my fav red bull one and a pack of smokes too

I got my car keys out of my tray and seen a big vape so I just put it in my wee nike bag and made my way out to my black jeep then my phone goes off

*niall calling*

"Hey thank god I got you!"

Hey Niall u ok?"

"Could you stop and get me bc I am coming to help write?"

Yea of course I am just leaving I will be there in 15 mins!"

"Ok thanks m see you soon"

                 *call ended*

15 minutes later

I got Niall and we made our way to help write I pull in to McDonald's then Starbucks Niall was so happy bc he was needing a coffee and so did I!

We got there and Liam was mad when I put all my vapes out on the table he hates me smoking and vaping too but I can't help it me and Harry both vape but he is not as bad as me tho he goes through like 3 a week I go through 6 a days + I smoke a whole pack of cigarettes a day as well it's really bad but it's just how it is now today we where writing {if smokes would kill}
It's all about how bad smoking is and how hard it is to get out of it Liam told me we should write on and see how it goes it's a touchy subject as I am really bad with cigarettes and vapes so I'm trying my best not to think about what I do to my body with all this smoke we did a really good job on the first 3 lines but I really needed a cigarette so I went out and Harry came out with this vape he was just asking how my day was he has been my crush from a long time but he never needs to know we talked and I had my cigarette and went back in

Liam had that look on this face like when your dad is not happy with you about what you're doing so I snapped "just stop Liam I can't help if I need a smoke break!!!"

Then Harry had to take me away from him bc i would have started a fight with him

"Love what is going on with you today?"

I just don't know I have been smoking a lot of cigarettes just now I have been really sick just now and it's just bc of all the stress of going on tour bc then for the 5 hours we go out there I can't smoke or nothing it's really stressful because I know I can't but I can't go 30 minutes without smoking just now"~I cry into this arms~

"I see that's what's making you like this we can try sneak off and have a wee smoke I will make a plan don't worry love just don't stress it!"

"Thank you Harry what would I do without you!"

When me and Harry were talking Liam called Louis he is my older brother but I wanted our mum's last name so we have different ones!

"Hey Louis I am sorry to do this but can you come down here"

Hey Liam yea why not what song we writing?"

"Louis it's not the song it's your sister mate"

"What's happened?"

"Well she has been here for 30 mins but when she came in she had 5 vapes and a full pack of cigarettes for a 3 hour session you need to talk to her I don't think she is doing well just now mate"

"Did you say 5?"

"Yes 5 and 2 are dead already"

"I am in the car on my way"
