Ignoring what Shay said. Trey just starred at her. His eyes was so soft she had his eyes and cheeks you can tell she was his child.

Shay baby go back in the room and finish watching mickey mouse I told her. Okay mommy, she started to walk away.

She is so beautiful her name is Shay? Trey ask

This is so sad she is your daughter and you don't even know her name. Its Shayvona. What do you want? I can not let him see me get soft.

Still feisty I see he chuckled to himself. He started to rub the back of his neck. Look I'm so sorry for leaving you back then , we was too young to raise a child I couldn't deal with the responsibility at the time. I had a good thing going for me at the college. I should have been there for you and Shayvona. My priorities was messed up. I've grown up now, just give me a chance Yana.

His saying my name sent chills down my spine.

Really? 2 years, 2 whole fucking years you been gone. I had to go through the whole pregnancy by myself. I had to go through labor by myself. You wasn't there to sign the birth certificate. You wasn't there the first time she lost a tooth or when she she started walking or even her first day of school. You think I didn't want to go to college! That was the only thing I dreamed of when I was a child. I put college aside to take care of my child I can go to school later once she's old enough. I don't want to here that weak excuse! I stated I just couldn't stand to see his face no more so I slammed the door in his face before he got a chance to respond.

Tears started rolling down my eyes. I started to feel all the pain he put me through. The loneliness I was feeling. He only thinks about himself. He's not the only one that has to go through it I'm the one that had to carry Shay for 9 months. I wipped my eyes.

Mommy are you okay? I heard Shay asked. Yes come on and sit down so we can eat. We ate I put her in the tub and bathe her. I smiled at her we did make a beautiful child. I put Shay to sleep. I called my sister Tiara. Hello? I heard her ask. I explained to her what just happened. I'll be over in 10 minutes. I called my best friend Niyah. She was also in her way. I guess we could have a girls night.

They both came good thing I made extra food. They ate I told them what happened. Yana you can not keep that girl away from her daddy that's just mean my sister said. I know I'm not gone keep her from him but he needs to know that he can't just come back into her life like nothing happened. I understand that he did you bogus we the ones that had to deal with your pregnant ass! Niyah commented. I wasn't even that bad I said laughing. Bullshit you was out of control Niyah said. We all stared laughing. We watched movies all night until we went to sleep.

I woke up to screaming from Shay. Auntie Tiara!!! She ran and jumped on her. I guess she didn't see Niyah. Niyah woke up to her yelling also godmommy!!!! She ran to Niyah. Niyah laugh how's my favorite girl? She asked. I'm good! She said as she smiled really hard. What y'all want to do today? I asked. Let's go to the mall Tiara said. Tiara ass always ready to shop. We got dress and me was leaving out the door. We took my all red Camero. I worked hard for everything I have.

We went shopping all I wanted to shop for was my baby. I got her some toms and some clothes from Carters. My baby girl probably got more clothes than me. I also bought me some Toms too. We finally left the mall I dropped them off back at my house they stayed for another hour or two then they left. Mommy! Mommy! Want to see my new dance. Yes show me I said. She started whipping and doing the nae nae. I busted out laughing. I bet mommy can do it better I challenged her. Noo mommy can't I smile and started doing the dance. Told you I can do it better I said. Noo I won I won she started skipping around the house yelling I won. I was about to start cooking. There was a knock on the door. I know Tiara nor Niyah was not her again. I opened the door. Its Trey again.

Look Yana I'm not gone leave you alone. I'll come over here everyday if I have to. I just want to talk everything out and get to see and know my daughter I want to be in her life.

I thought long and hard about what I should do. I'm not that mean to keep my daughter from her father. I guess it would also help with her stop asking me where he is.

Meet me at SkyZone at 2 tomorrow. I said.

Okay, see you tomorrow bye Yana. He was giving me a million dollar smile. I closed the door.

I hope I was doing the right thing by letting him in her life. What if he leave again? What if she don't like him? I guess we would have to find out. I hope this go well tomorrow.
