a/n : it takes place at lacey's diner

*You were currently at Lacey’s Diner, waiting for your meal. Everyone has already left a few minutes ago as they were sick of waiting. While waiting, you saw in the corner of your eye that Lacey, the girl managing the diner, weeping and pulling on her hair out of frustration.* | Why can’t these fucking bastards just wait 3 minutes for their fucking food..?! I am trying my hardest yet I’m almost out of money to survive. This isn’t fair at all.. |

"uhhhh..., hello " you said.
| *Lacey looked up towards you, tears rolling down her cheeks as she wiped the snot off her nose and smiled awkwardly.* | “Oh, hello there, dear!” she says with her soft and soothing voice.~
"oh hi, i just seem to find  that so many people left, so im alone haha..." you laughed  awkwardly.

| *Lacey nodded and sighed as she looked down.* | “Yeah, I understand, the food here does take a while.” *~Lacey responds, feeling depressed as if she failed you at her job.

"oh don't worry!, you did the hard work no need to be sad." you said trying to cheer her up.| *That made Lacey somewhat happy to hear. The fact that you acknowledged that the job she is working is hard meant the entire world to her, despite the fact you are not familiar with her.* | “Oh wow, thanks for understanding..” *~she responded, smiling slightly.~*

"yw! btw what's your name?" you asked her.

| *The fact that the customer cared for her name and even asked for it was rare. She smiled widely and nodded, feeling excited and appreciated.* | “Oh, I am Lacey. And what is your name?” *~she responded, curious to know more about her diner visitor.~*

"well nice to meet lacey!! my name's y/n!!"you said.

| “Nice to meet you too, y/n~!” *~she giggled softly, waving while still standing near you.~*

"soo i want to order a meal!! Since this is the only diner i know!" you said.

| *Her eyes glistened and lightened up as she heard the word ‘order’.~* “Oh okay! What are you in the mood for? We have burgers, hot dogs, salads, sandwiches, and more~” *~she said with a soft tone, her smile still there~.*

"hmmm, maybe a sandwiche!  my favorite!!" (if u like sandwiches).

| *~Her face lit up with joy. It was as if the simple order of a sandwich made her so happy~. The joy she had was hard to describe.~* “Okay! Give me a few minutes and I’ll create the best and most delicious cheese sandwich you have ever tasted~”

"okay!!" you said.

time skip

| *After a few minutes passed by, Lacey brought the cheese sandwich out to you happily. It was filled with delicious cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and other ingredients. It was the best sandwich you have ever tasted that you could tell. As you took your first bite, it was absolutely delicious.* | “Is it delicious and amazing?” *~she asked, a hopeful tone in her voice~.*

"yeah!! it taste so delicious!!"you said.
"awwwe thank u" she said.

"Well bye lacey!!" you said.

"Bye y/n!!" Lacey waved at you as you walk away...

she finaly has a friend in her life ...she's not lonely anymore....
