"The doctors said she'd be okay!" She screamed.
"Honey, I'm sure she'll be fine" he reassured her.
"No Nick! This isn't fine! The doctors all said that the meds would help! But what the hell would they know? is it just me or has all of my patience and love for this child ran out?" Penelope screamed.
"Penelope, hush! Keep your voice down! Daisy's upstairs for god's sake." He whispered.
He didn't have to whisper, I could hear them through the vent.
My mother, Penelope was never fond of me, she barely paid any attention to me at all. But that's just how life is for me.
My father, Nick, on the other hand was very kind and gentle. I guess you could say I was daddy's little girl...
