“This is dangerous. Did she tells you who gave this to her?” Jungwon asked while sipping some wine, his eyes stared at the camera that he found inside the lipstick.

Jaeyun also stared at the same lipstick that already broken into pieces. He took his words seriously. He really destroys the lipstick and found a hidden camera. Whoever gave this to Hyejin probably have something they don't like on her.

“That's the problem, Jungwon. She doesn't know who gave this to her. Jihoon said, the receptionist asked him to bring the flowers bouquet with this to Hyejin's table.” he answered and Jungwon slightly shook his head.

“You said, she got the present from a stranger and she accepted it? What is wrong with your girlfriend, hyung?” Jungwon massages his temples.

“I don't know either, but, I'm afraid because this camera has microphone and it probably already recorded everything we said and done before. I should be prepared for this and I forgot to tell her.” Jaeyun answered.

Yes, Jaeyun forgot to warn Hyejin and he should give her a few days break but that will be more obvious. He didn't go to the office today because of this thing. With Jungwon's help, he manages to find the camera but Jungwon can't detect who and where the owner of the camera.

Whoever this person is, they are really good at hiding themselves. But right now, Jaeyun is so worried about Hyejin's condition at the office. What if that person send their sweet conversation and videos? What will happen to Hyejin if that happens?

“At this point, there's nothing you can hide anymore. Everyone started to talk about two of you after last night dinner. My suggestion, just go with the flow and watch how this person's game works.” Jungwon suggested but Jaeyun was a little bit confused.

“What do you mean? Enlightening, please?” he ordered and Jungwon softly sighed.

“Go and meet Hyejin after office hours. I'm guarantee, there's someone waiting for you two to be in the same place. Besides, nobody can stop you and her to be together again and none of them know about your past with her, right?” he added.

Jaeyun thinks more than ten times before deciding and after tea time with Mrs Sim, he decided to meet Hyejin. But, she didn't know about this and he gonna make it like a surprise.

Now, he's waiting for his employees drove back home meanwhile him watching them inside his car. After making sure nobody see him stepped out from his car and went to the car basement, hiding behind the wall.

Hyejin's car is a few walks from his spot. Jaeyun waiting for Hyejin and after ten minutes, the elevator door was opened with Hyejin who seems very exhausted and moody. Maybe because of Jaeyun?

As she walked towards her car, she could feels something uneasy. She looks at her back but no one to be seen and it was really dark yet cold. She tried to shrugged it off and continued her walk.

Suddenly, someone held her wrist and turned her body. Hyejin was shocked when she saw a familiar body right in front of her. She looks up and it's Jaeyun who stared right into her dark orbs.

“Jaeyun—” he cuts her words off by smashed his lips on hers.

He held her body close to him as he moves his lips softly on her. Hyejin slowly linked her arms around his neck while kissing him back. She missed him since this morning. She was overthinking because everyone seems to avoid her.

Jaeyun pushed her body against the car while cupping her face and deepening the kiss. Hyejin seems like enjoy it by pulling his collar and she does. Jaeyun's hands tucked her hair behind her ears.

“I miss you, Jaeyun.” she speaks between the kiss and she could feels Jaeyun smirking.

“I miss you too, sweet girl. I'm sorry for not coming to work today. Have anyone messing up with you at work today?” he asked after detached their lips.

She shook her head, “but everyone avoiding me, they looks awkward everytime I walked next to them. Did something happen?”

“Sadly, yes. Give me your car key, get inside the car and let me send you home.” he gives orders and Hyejin follow.

While he drives, Hyejin suddenly become clingy and interwines their hands together. Jaeyun tighten his grip and brings her hand to his lips, leaving a few pecks on her knuckles. Hyejin can't hide her smile.

“Sweet girl,” he paused, “whatever happens, I want you to believe me. I will protect you if anything bad happen on you or if anyone start to push you away. I'm right here, I'm with you this time and I won't let you down. I love you so much, Park Hyejin.”

“Why so sudden?” she asked, confused. Jaeyun smiles softly, continues kissing her knuckles with his warm lips, “just because.”

Hyejin confused again and again but she didn't asked. His words sounds very sincere this time and Hyejin didn't feels any anxious at all. She also tighten her grip on his hand and looks at Jaeyun eyes.

“I believe you this time. Thank you stick on my side, Jaeyun.”
