The music coming from the big speakers is too loud. It feels like my eardrums are going to break any minute now.

So many people getting drunk, getting wasted like there's no tomorrow.

Adding up those people from the far corner who are making out and dry humping each other for God knows where would they end up right after doing that.

Everyone's definitely wild.

I'm guessing na wala akong matinong makakausap ngayon, knowing that my cousin will be enjoying this night.And speaking of her, andoon na siya sa dance floor nakikipagsayaw kahit kanino.

I'm not worried, she can handle herself. Hinda yan madaling malasing, tomador ng boracay yan dati eh. Kidding aside, sobrang bored na talaga ako rito.

No, I'm not enjoying right now. Partying is not my thing, I mean I usually go to parties but only with my family around, but situations like this? Nah, I prefer to stay inside the house and read books.

Yes i am that old school-ish type of person.

"Hi" someone beside me said.

Lumingon ako.

And there you go, I saw a good-looking guy. Smiling at me, he seems friendly tho. Parang Hindi naman to manyak eh.

"Uhm, hello?" I replied.

"Are you alone?" He smilingly said

Lumingon ako sa dancefloor at bumaling agad sa kanya.

"Nope, I'm with my cousin" I smiled back

"Can I ask what's your name? If you don't mind"

"Ah, not at all. I'm Dane, and you?"

"Nice name, by the way I'm----

" Daneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee! There you are!"

Ugh. Pwede ba Jasmin, sobrang wrong timing mo naman.

Napakamot ng ulo si kuyang kausap ko.

My cousin eyed him and she smiled maliciously at me. I rolled my eyes at her then I glanced back at him

"Sorry we have to go, I think my cousin is already drunk and she might throw up any minute now. We have to hurry, bye! Nice meeting you by the way" I gave him my sweetest smile ever.

I was expecting for him to say his name before I turn my back at him, but I heard nothing. I just saw his genuine smile and he never spoke any word again.
