Neon lights

Chapter 1: discovery.

|Noelle's POV|
After grabbing my books and whatever else I needed for class, I then entered the class..second? There was a big lizard..or dinosaur girl eating chalk like a rabid animal. I decided not to say anything and I just sat down at my desk as I cautiously watched her eat the chalk the teacher is probably going to look for and fail to find. I just minded my own business and opened a book I was reading.

|Susie's POV|
As I was demolishing my breakfast (the chalk) I felt a presence behind me, I also smelled the scent of mint and gingerbread enter my nose. I slowly looked behind me and to my surprise I saw a deer girl sitting as her desk, she seemed to be deep in a book while she was twirling her hair and reading it. So hopefully she didn't see me swallow all that chalk just now..I hoped. I took the last few pieces of chalk and stuffed them in my pocket then walked out of the classroom and walked the halls.

|Noelle's POV||
I watched her leave and took a deep sigh. That was close I told myself as I continued reading my book, but suddenly all I could focus on was the chalk eating lizard-dinosaur girl. I didn't even know her name, but somehow I knew everything about her just by seeing her eat that chalk. I got up to go to the bathroom and fix my hair and go take a breather before school started but before I could get there, the reptilian girl was walking up the hallway that I was walking down.

|Susie's POV|
I saw the deer girl again. As I passed her on the hallway I was walking up and she was walking down I quietly muttered: "Nice hair." After saying that I quickly saw her face turn red, but cause she kept walking I couldn't see the expression she had on it. I kept walking as well and then thought to myself for a moment...why the hell did I say that..why did I compliment a random girl who's name I didn't know at all.

|Noelle's POV|
She called my hair nice?! She likes my hair?! My face went as red as my nose as I heard her speak, her voice was deep and masculine yet calming and sweet. I entered the bathroom to breath. My hair did look nice today, I put it behind my ears then places two pieces in front of my ears, I smiled at myself in the mirror then took another breath and quickly headed back to class. There were more people in the room now, including the Purple lizard girl. I looked at her while she took a big yawn showing all her sharp chalk eating teeth. I then sat down at my desk and doodled while listening to the lesson.
