Monty's Issue (Chapter 14)

I checked up on everyone...well not everyone. I wanted to check up on Monty at last cuz I wanted to talk about his issue.

I walked over to his greenhouse.

"Monty?" I knocked on his door. No response. "Ummm hello? Montyyyy?" I again knocked on his door. Still no response.

"MONTGOMERY GATOR, IF YOU DON'T OPEN THE DOOR, THEN I WILL OPEN IT MYSELF!" I again knocked on his door but this time, harder. Still no response.

"That's it. I'm coming in there." I said, opening the door. I went inside his room but he wasn't there.

'That's odd. He is always in this room, trashing his room.' I looked around the room but he was nowhere to be seen. Then I went over to his recharge station. Maybe he was charging. But no, he wasn't there either.

I got out of the room and saw a girl who seemed to be around my age. She had blond hair which was in a ponytail, light green eyes, she had freckles and she wore a white shirt and a black cap and jeans. She also had a security badge. Maybe she was a security here.

I went over to her. "Umm hi! Are you a security guard?" I asked the blonde girl.

"Oh yes, why do you ask?" The girl questioned.

"Well, do you happen to know where Monty went? I can't find him in his room." I asked.

"Oh, he went to Monty Golf, why do you ask?" The girl questioned.

"I have to check up on him." I said.

"Are you the new mechanic here?" She asked.

"Oh yes! My name is Y/n. What's yours?"

"My name is Vanessa but you can also call me Ness. It's nice to meet you." She said, holding her out for me to shake it.

"Nice to meet you too!" I shook the hand. "Well, thanks for telling me where he is. I need to go, see you around!" I said, letting go of her hand then ran away.

I went to Monty Gold and AHA! There he was, sitting on a bench.  I went over to him.

"Monty! What are you doing here? You are supposed to be in your room." I said.

"Oh, hey doll face..." He said in a sad tone. Why was he sad?

"Monty, is everything okay? You seem so....sad." I asked, sitting next to him.

"I...No..." He said, looking down.

"May I ask why?"

"Kids are still scared of me. Today, I happened to help a kid who was injured but when I approached him, he started crying even more and ran over to his mother. This is not the first time, this has happened almost every day. None of the kids like me."
He said, crying. To be honest, I felt bad for him.

"Hey hey hey," I patted his back. "It's okay. Shhh."

"Am I... am I a monster...?" He asked, finally looking at me.

Oh, poor Monty. I guess those kids really affected this poor guy.

"What!? No! You are not a monster! You are just as special as the rest of the animatronics. Don't you ever think like that." I said, hugging him. It took him a while to hug me but he did hug me back.

"Thanks Y/n... thanks a lot..." He said.

"I'm always here for you but promise me not to trash your room. Your room is worse than mine." I said, chuckling.

"No promises." He said, chuckling back. I was glad he wasn't crying anymore.

"Anyways you need to go back to your room after I check up on you, okay?"

"Okay, ma'am." He said. I scanned him and luckily, there was nothing wrong with him. I told him to go to his room and he did.

I was kind of hearing heavy footsteps and when I turned around to see who it was, it was...

"Oh, hey Bonnie! What are you doing here? You need to go back to your room. It's soon going to be closing time." I said.

"Hey lil bunny, I just kinda y'know.." He said, trying to find the right words. Ohhh this guy-

"Stalking me, hmm?" I said, smirking.

"Whaaat? Pffft, nooo! I was just roaming around Pizzaplex and happened to see you going to the Monty Golf." He said, obviously lying.

"Uh-huh... okay... sure." I said, already knowing he was lying.

"Believe me, I'm not lying." He lied again. Ah, what a liar.

"Sure, I believe you." I said, sarcastically.

"Do you mean it?" He asked.

I took a step closer, and he took a step back. Again I took a step closer, and again he took a step back. This kept going on until he was against the wall. I got closer to his face and finally said:

"nO." I said, finally taking a step back.

"O-oh okay umm.." He said, stuttering. I could see he was blushing, really hard. He was so adorable!

"What? You really thought I was gonna kiss you?" I asked, chuckling.

"I wish." He admitted.

I looked at him. Did he really mean that? "No way you mean that." I said, blushing.

"Says the one who is already blushing at my sentence" He said, teasing me.

"Yeah right, I ain't blushing." I lied.

"Oh really? I can literally see you blushing." He said.

"Nah, I can prove it to you." I said.

"Really? Okay then." He said, getting his face closer to mine. Shit. What have I gotten myself into?

"I-I uhhh.." I stuttered. I was probably a tomato by now.

"I can see you blushing, love~." He said, getting his face even more close to mine. Just as he was about to kiss me, we were interrupted by a person saying over the speaker that the Mega Pizzaplex was closed.

Wait. THE PIZZAPLEX IS CLOSED?!

"Shit shit shit. What am I going to do now?" I said, panicking.

"Hey hey hey, calm down, love. You can stay in my room if you want since you have nowhere else to go and you are stu-" I cut him off by putting my index finger on his lips.

"Don't you dare say that word." I said, removing my index finger from his lips.

"-Stuck." He finished his sentence. Oh my god, this guy.

"Oh, come on!" I said, angrily.

"I'm sorry, but do you want to stay in my room?" He asked.

I thought about it for a moment. Maybe I could stay in his room since I have nowhere else to go. So I accepted his offer.

"Yes." I accepted his offer.

"Awesome! Let's go!" He said, happily.
