y/n eyes scanned the ball room slowly, after being dragged to some pitiful party by her sister; vivi whom wanted her to meet her friends.

she took a sip of her wine as she waits for her sister's return, multiple men hit on her with their cheesy pick up lines but she was not interested as they were just not her type.

the sounds of footsteps were heard behind her, causing her to look over her shoulders, seeing her sister making her way over with other people trailing behind her.

y/n stood up slowly "y/n these are my friends" vivi said with a smile

"I'm Monkey D. Luffy!" a boy in a strawhat said with a wide smile, you couldn't resist the urge to smile back.

"Rorona Zoro" a green haired male said "Tony Tony Chopper" a voice said, you glanced down to see a small talking blue nose reindeer, you eyes widen slightly "he's a devil fruit user" vivi said

you nod slowly "I'm Nico Robin" a black haired female said, you slowly scanned her with your eyes and smiled slightly "I'm franky!" a blue haired male said "I'm Usopp" a long nosed male said

"I'm sanji, you look gorgeous m'lady~" a blonde said as he took ahold of your hand and kissed it softly, you smiled awkwardly and pulled your hand back from his grasp's as vivi pulled him back.

"I'm brook, would you be so kind to show me your pant —" a talking skeleton said, his words were cut short as he got hit upside the head — er skull, by a red haired female.

she turned to you and smiled "I'm nami" she said, you stared at her in silence, your eyes widen slightly.

nami tilts her head slightly confused, she walks over and waves her hands before you "are you okay?" she asked

you blinked twice before taking ahold of her hands between your own.

"I couldn't help but notice how, truly, stunning you are, and how I feel, as if I am in a dream, standing before you." you said as you stared into her eyes

she was taken aback, by your words, she was not used, to people, speaking to her, in such a way, not even her friend; sanji.

but she was flustered, and she was pleased. you, had caught her attention.

her friends stared in shock, you pulled her in close, pressing you body, against hers.

you could feel, her breath, on your neck.

you could smell, her scent, on your skin.

and so, you leaned in, for a kiss.

you could feel, the touch of her lips, as they pressed softly against your own.

and you knew, that this, was the moment, that you've had been waiting for.

you pulled away slowly and smiled at her "y/n.." she mumbled as her cheeks flushed slightly.

"nami" you replied, nami smiled slightly "you should have asked me out first before we kissed" she said tilting her head slightly

"well, how could i resist such gorgeous lips like your own — would you like to go on a date with me starting right now then I'll take you out tomorrow" you cooed softly

"I'd love that" she said as she laced her fingers with your own, you turned to your sister with a smile "maybe this party isn't as pitiful as i thought after all; thanks for taking me i owe you one — tata! I have a date" you said and waved as you left with nami you smiled softly.
