(Y/N)'s P.O.V

It was weird, feeling as though I was floating and falling at the same time. My stomach turned and my head spun slightly but I didn't feel sick, just a little disoriented as I tried to navigate the darkness surrounding me. My heart raced as I came to the realization that this was neither heaven nor hell, but possibly purgatory and that someone may have been trying to save me.

A small flicker in the distance caught my eye and I attempted to find my way around to get to it, a single thought clouding everything else. 'I don't want to die.' As I uttered that single sentence, lights started to come on, each light a different color seemingly representing each of Sean's egos. I repeated the sentence over and over like a mantra, begging to be saved from the never-ending darkness that seemed go forever. But one light stuck out like a sore thumb, my hand inching closer to the bright pink light to see what would happen if I touched it. The buzzing of another light caught my attention, the light changing from red to blue over and over again which had confused me. There was no reason for him to be here but then a red light flicked on, soothing me slightly. "Sean must've called them then..." I realized, gasping when the bright pink light I was originally reaching for suddenly shattered, being replaced by a rather dull one that flickered between green and blue.

My hopeful eyes watched it closely for another moment before I heard other voices besides my own, yelling from one and a calm, rich voice from the other. The two multicolored lights flickered brighter and brighter until my vision went white. I let out a small gasp when my vision adjusted and I was staring at the ceiling of Henrik's lab. I looked at everyone but no one had seen that I was awake, instead they were watching as Anti and Dark were at each others throats. "All I'm saying is that she can't be trusted in your care if that wasn't obvious enough and that she would be safer with me-us back at the mansion." Dark sighed impatiently. "Like hell I'll let you take her away from my brothers! She belongs here with them, not with your pompous ass!" Anti snarled back. "I could care less about what happens to her but I care about what my brothers want!"

I slowly sat up with a soft grunt escaping me which had caught Chase's attention, his face brightening only slightly. "Guys, she's-" He started but his voice was drowned out by the yelling between the two egos, Dark's booming voice overtaking Chase's own. I watched as Chase tightened his jaw and he turned to me, giving me an apologetic smile before reaching over and taking my IVs out, my heart monitor flatlining and causing everyone to fall silent and look at me in horror.

"She's awake." Chase said finally, shaking his head.
