Parker is the youngest daughter of Patty Halliwell and Sam Wilder and the younger twin sister of Buffy Summers. They were both given up for adoption shortly after they were born. Parker was adopted by the Matthews family and Parker has a wonderful childhood, she did go off the rails for a year or two but when her adopted parents were killed in a car accident when she was in high school she was devastated but she was able to pull herself together and she graduated high school and college with a degree and Masters in Social work and childcare. Now she is 23 years old and she is a social service assistant and she loves her job but she has hopes of being made into a full social worker soon.
